I had recently closed on a house and needed the panel upgraded, 4 GFCIs installed in the garage, a dimmer upgraded to LED and various switches upgraded. Certainly no small task! I called LiveWire Electrical on a Sunday and Bobby came out next day to inspect and provide a quote. He was very thorough and explained everything clearly. He pulled the permit and came next day to complete the panel overhaul plus the additional items in 4 hours, while I worked from home!! I had minimal interruption with WiFi/power through the entire process; He is excellent and I will be having him come back for other projects. I highly recommend him and will be referring him to friends and family.

We had a different electrical company come out first only to have them shrug their shoulders and give up. Jesse from Gianni Electrical Service was our next hope and he was awesome. Not only was he thorough in his inspection of the problem, but he walked us through everything so we understood. He loves what he does and it shows. We'll call him first next time.

So I’ve got to call myself out for this one, I had a back patio light in the ceiling fan that was less bright than the other ceiling fan. Unbeknownst to me I was unaware there was a control on the remote that dimmed and brightened the light. Not only was he on time, not only did he come out with a smile on his face but instantly show me what the problem was and when I offered to pay he wouldn’t accept. I know he was only here five minutes but that’s highly unusual. I can promise you when I do have a real electrical job to be done at my home I’m going to contact Sky Electric and Ronnie Mullis.

Had some electrical concerns on Saturday after hours. Matt returned my call working with me to resolve my issues. At no time did Matt seemed bothered or hesitated to answer my questions even through it wasn’t the most convenient time to work. I appreciated his time and professionalism. Bobby was great- came highly recommend on nextdoor. Most other electricians wouldn't even return my call, but he reached out same day I left a message.
We had to move a light fixture a short distance and hung a chandelier on a plaster ceiling. He was very clear about options and what'd be involved so we could make an informed decision (cutting new holes in plaster can be tricky). He did a great job and I'll definitely be calling him again the next time I need electrical help. Chandelier looks great!

I got hold of Nate at 8 pm for an electrical problem on the thermostat to my air conditioner. He came out and although initially he could not find the problem, he kept checking and because he did so the problem was found, repaired, and I am so happy. Also great to know that he is available for other jobs too. Will definitely use him again.
UPDATE: Nate's fix lasted only 1 day. Okay, no problem. Sometimes you don't get it right on the first try. However when I called the next day to advise of the problem he said it would be a couple hours before he got to me. Well, it took him 3.5 hours and only after I sent a text reminding that he said a couple hours with no update or communication from him. I feel he is inexperienced when it comes to customer service. Hopefully the problem will not reoccur.

Called to get a new breaker & cable run put in for my new oven. Jacob was on time, professional, and anticipated problems so there was no sudden added work in the middle of the job. Definitely on top of my list for any future electrical needs.

Tried to call to get assistance with resolving an electrical issue. First call as I was introducing myself I got hung up on, second call the receptionist was very rude and rushed me off of the phone because she was on an important business call. I've always worked customer service and the customer always comes first, unacceptable treatment.

Brian and his team are top notch. Very capable, responsive and always on time. Almighty did a complete demo and new electrical installation on our 3,000 sqft two story home in Southpark, including setting up a new outside and inside panel fed from underground. Competitive pricing and attention to detail from the owner. The owner (BRIAN) was always accessible and made sure that we passed all the permits. Highly recommended!
