Merlin Hernandez, I can't Thank you enough for your professionalism. I have not used my electric built-in fireplace since I moved in almost 5 years bc it would pop and shut off the circuit breaker. I was scared to call someone bc I felt like they would charge me a fortune to fix it. VIVA ELECTRIC I will always recommend you for all electrical work. I have a say not only did Merlin fix my issue but he actually cleaned out all the dust and build up inside my unit. I had these guys to run some Cat 8 cable to the office upstairs and add some recessed lighting. I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to make some tricky wire runs without cutting a single hole in the ceiling or walls! And, as an added bonus, they left the place as clean as they found it. I will definitely call them back for any future work.

A electrician by the name of Pete Herres arrived at my place to replace a service panel and update the subpanel. He was very professional and went through everything to make sure everything was up to code. His work was very clean and sharp looking. I will use this company again and recommend the electrician that was at my house.

We had an awful experience w 1st Choice Plumbing and insisted our home warranty send another company. Luckily, they sent us IRV. Malik has been so lovely to work w/ as well as the Front Desk staff. Malik came twice to our house- each time he was on point, on time, professional, and efficient. He even answered questions we had about the work that 1st Choice Plumbing did, he noticed they didnt set up our water heater correctly, and he fixed it which wasnt even related to the problem Malik was called to do. Most importantly, they charged us what was quoted at the beginning of the job. The price didnt change halfway into the job or after it was done. They stuck to their word. These comments might seem basic, but we found out the hard way w 1st Choice plumbing that qualities Malik showed are not to be taken for granted. IRV is raising the bar compared to what other plumbing companies are doing. We will definitely be calling IRV for any future plumbing concerns.

Going to get a hold house generator,so when the power is out, we will not be.

Bates, while a good value on cost could have burned my home down by NOT following Tesla's very basic specs.

I have contacted their service line about 7x and they have 0 interest in doing the right thing by refunding my money as I had to hire another electric company to fix their work. The electrician showed up and had no interest in running the wiring to the placement we originally wanted. We compromised and had him install the NEMA 14-50 outlet directly beside the panel in the garage- Super simple and about a 45 min job. However, He was unprepared and did not have the Proper high quality industrial grade NEMA outlet on hand that Tesla specs. He then left our home and purchased a very low quality $10 outlet at the Home Depot.

This is the result. A never event and this all could have been avoided with the proper materials used. You can not advertise that you are a recommended Tesla installer if you're not going to follow their specifications. I have been more than patient and courteous. Nice guys always get the shaft and this is a prime example.

Killian was able to come out within hours and fixed our blown out fuse within minutes. Very friendly, helpful and looking forward to hiring them fora bigger project.
