Cody was pleasant and knowledgeable. The dispatcher did not tell him that he needed to bring a wired smoke detector. He had to install a temporary battery one, and will need to return and install a replacement wired detector to replace the defective one we had.

September 2021-- JJ and team are exceptional. They installed a new whole house generator dealing with less than ideal location requirements. Everybody did a great job and dealt with difficult and unforeseen issues that arose during the installation. Ron and David both have done great work on time, on schedule, and professionally several times adding new circuits, lights, or just fixing original electrical construction issues to both our house and the garages.

I will continue to use Ron's team for all my electrical needs, as they listen carefully to what is needed and explain any caveats to you to be able to complete the job (eg, changes that would have to be made) or just to provide you simple answers to your questions.

Jake M. from Roby Electric came out to install two pendant lights over our kitchen island which required some switch work, wiring and installation services. Jake is a true expert technician and customer service professional. Along with the requested work, he performed a pre-work safety check of all electrical panels and general status of wiring and conditions. Work was fast, efficient, clean and above all -- complete and professional. In today's world, not always easy to find! I had an electrical emergency involving a broken meter box which resulted in Duke Energy turning off the power to my house. After calling several electricians in the Charlotte area and being told they were booked solid and couldn't make it to my house that same day, I got in contact with Tom from Providence Electric. He not only showed up within a couple hours of me calling, he also pulled the permit with the county and was finished with the job the very same day. I'll definitely be calling Providence Electric for future electrical needs.

One of the best electricians that I have ever met came out to rewire my ancient home. He really knew his stuff and completed a project as complicated as a rewire pretty well in my opinion. No damage to the interior and now the wiring in my house works great.

I'm so glad we called GB Electrical Services for an electrical issue regarding our dishwasher. Jay Smith was our technician, and he went above and beyond with his customer service. He was prompt, let me know when he was on the way, took precautions (wore a mask and foot covers the whole time), and was excellent at his job. He knew what the issue was right away, went over costs before doing any work, and made sure we were in agreement with his plan before executing it. Jay even helped with a canned light and answered multiple questions from my husband. He took his time, and made sure we knew what he did and why he did it. He also grounded our wires for safety and made us aware of an issue with our control panel. It was evident that Jay actually cared about us as a customer, and we would definitely use him again in the future! Be careful using the people. They claim to be Christians but they cheated my elderly mother. They charged her almost $200 to come to her house to do a repair and did nothing. When I called the owner he used profanity and hung up the phone. He did call me back and said his people would fix the issue. That was more than a month ago. They take advantage of the elderly... do you really want them in your home?....

Had a sudden loss of AC after another contractor performed annual mtce. They (CinC) said was lack of adequate attic insulation & other misc. reasons. After 2 months of back & forth, we called Adams. Jim (Adams) determined our problem was not any that CinC stated. Eddie (Adams) came out & determined the cause immediately! Corrected & had AC in 10 minutes! Subsequently contracted Adams to do duct overhaul. Juan & team did the job in short order & fixed an upstairs cooling issue we had for years. From start to finish - Adams performed exceptionally! Highly recommend - great job folks!

I have been trying to communicate with this company for the last several weeks. I called several times and told I would receive a call back and nothing. Finally called and spoke with a manager who said they were busy and would get to me last Monday 10/12 from 12-3. No one showed so I called and the lady said the person didn’t show up that day. I have heard nothing from them over this entire week. No apologies or anything. They installed our wiring for new construction David Weekly in Fort Mill and have came out for service previously. Never have I had to chase someone for service and to give them business.. Take your business elsewhere
