Best Remodeling in Charlotte NC

The service tech wanted to charge me $5000 up front to replace meter base lug kit! Stay far away from this company they are a complete scam! They also charged me $300.00 to come out to my house and basically do nothing. This company is a joke! They didn't fix anything and left me and my family without power for the weekend!

Had emergency situation (in my opinion)at my house this morning. Bobby answered my call and was at my house within minutes to check out the situation. He also was able to diagnose the problem immediately and fixed it. He saved my holiday weekend plans!! Will definitely use in future.

Tim and his team were so easy to work with. Not only having the owner of the company take the time to come walk the project and give the quote, but to also show a genuine interest in doing what’s best for me made it an easy choice to go with them. Very response and super helpful in ensuring I understood what my money was going towards. Awesome!!

Ron consistently does great work. We’ve had him out to our home, on two separate occasions, and both times he’s done a fantastic job. A bonus is that he cleans up the workspace and doesn’t leave trash. I have a few more light fixtures to install and look forward to working with him again.

Lux electrical service serviced our home on May 25, 2023. Because of this service we are able to use wall sockets that we have never used since we’ve been in our home. He’s very efficient respectful brilliant because now we are able to use a lot more space in our home. thanks to Lux Electrician.

I can't recommend Black lab enough. We had an urgent problem on a Sunday that left us without power to a majority of the house and they came out promptly, diagnosed the issue and got everything back on track. Very knowledgeable, extremely helpful and an all around great company to work with.

Used Nate to do drywall and paint. Did speedy work at a reasonable price. Very satisfied.

We have used Roman Electric 2 times now and we are very pleased with both projects. There is a reason we called them back... Very hard to find good tradesmen that are good at what they do, courteous, punctual and a good value.

SCAMMERS! AVOID THIS COMPANY. Was quoted $95 hourly rate on the phone, and described the job in detail, providing my address. Electrician arrived and didn't have the parts needed to complete the job. Said he would have to charge us 2 hours labor in order to go back and get the parts needed. Electrician asked my husband to leave work and go get the parts needed. I called the office to talk about the lack of preparedness and was told they would discount the hourly rate (which she jacked up to $125) back down to the $95 I was originally quoted. They were counting on us moving forward due to a time crunch, but fortunately, we had some wiggle room in the schedule and sent these scammers packing.

Excellent service, on time, professional, reasonable price, repaired many dangerous issues (prevented more issues and possibly fires) overall great experience
