Cody was pleasant and knowledgeable. The dispatcher did not tell him that he needed to bring a wired smoke detector. He had to install a temporary battery one, and will need to return and install a replacement wired detector to replace the defective one we had.

LiveWire eventually fixed our electrical issue, but will not give us a receipt. As he was walking out the door he said Send me your email address and I will email you your receipt. This was about 2 months ago. When he did not respond to my email, I called. He then said to text him my email address and he would send the receipt. That was over a month ago. Since then I have sent 2 text requests and left 2 voicemails...all with NO RESPONSE. If you are going to gurantee your work, you should not have a problem giving us a receipt!!!!

Ron and David both have done great work on time, on schedule, and professionally several times adding new circuits, lights, or just fixing original electrical construction issues to both our house and the garages.

I will continue to use Ron's team for all my electrical needs, as they listen carefully to what is needed and explain any caveats to you to be able to complete the job (eg, changes that would have to be made) or just to provide you simple answers to your questions.

They all review their work with you at appropriate times during the projects and take care of the customer from start to finish.

I intend to have Ron give us budgetaries for wiring our basement as the next project for 20+ additional circuits and switches.

We have lived with our remodeled kitchen for over 20 years, and yet no electrician has taken the time to explain how tripping one outlet can trip ALL the outlets.

We were flummoxed so when all of kitchen outlets stopped working we called Gianni. Our electrician, Jacob arrived on time (at the end of the day---after dark!) and asked to be directed to the house's electrical panel. As he walked to the door---he said I see your problem... and reset the tripped main kitchen outlet.

So simple---but he didn't stop there. He went outside to the panel (in the rain and dark) and double checked to make sure there were no other possible problems. He suggested some minor changes which seemed logical, so we engaged him to return and make those changes. Because of that, he waived the minimum fee for the original call.

Jacob Palmer was professional, clean and had a sense of humor. And most importantly---in solving our initial problem, he didn't make us feel like idiots!

Just wanted to say that I have a regular electrician that I absolutely love but was unable to make it and I couldn't wait 7 weeks to rewire the switch outlets I needed to install some smart switches. Ronnie showed up and realized that the issue I was having wasn't as clear cut as we thought and definitely needed some electrical expertise. After rewiring and installing these smart switches, I was able to program them and secure them on my home network and they are functioning as intended. We are having him back in 3 weeks to finish the rest of the house once the remaining switches arrive. Ronnie is now my second favorite electrician and will be using him and highly recommending him to everyone in the Charlotte area who needs a dependable, reasonable and properly priced electrician.
