We recently used Viva Electric for the second time (first was Jan 2018). Though this was a relatively small job, string new wiring to both sides of a doorway to enable adding two wall sconces, the job was done in a most timely and professional manner. From our initial contact to finished project was a mere 7 days.The electrician, “Naz”, was extremely professional as he explained what was required and how it would be accomplished. During the installation he was always pleasant and courteous as he answered any questions we had. Our impression was that he was eminently qualified in his profession while being very personable with clients. If he is typical of their employees, then they are an exceptional company.

Wow! Mack Electric is the one and only call for your electrical needs! The owner is very professional, responds quickly, and does everything he can to leave your house in pristine condition after the job is done. I had him install 8 LED recessed lights and he helped me map out the location of each light to maximize the coverage in my kitchen/dining room. I will be calling him back for all my electrical needs!

Ron and David both have done great work on time, on schedule, and professionally several times adding new circuits, lights, or just fixing original electrical construction issues to both our house and the garages.

I will continue to use Ron's team for all my electrical needs, as they listen carefully to what is needed and explain any caveats to you to be able to complete the job (eg, changes that would have to be made) or just to provide you simple answers to your questions.

They all review their work with you at appropriate times during the projects and take care of the customer from start to finish.

I intend to have Ron give us budgetaries for wiring our basement as the next project for 20+ additional circuits and switches.

We were having issues with our power, but Ed showed up on time and explained everything he was doing every step of the way. Ed was very professional and showed up on time which was very appreciated. I was informed of the situation at all times and Ed was able to fix our problem. I would recommend GB to anyone who needs an electrician.

Father and Sons Electric are extremely proficient and honest. I was given a quote over the phone and once the job was done was charged exactly what was quoted. The electrician was early for the appointment, very polite and explained everything he was going to do. He did the job in a timely manner and cleaned up after himself when the job was complete. I have used Father and Sons Electric previously for lighting installation and they will continue to be my go to company if I am in need of an electrician.

We are very pleased with MMMJonathan's timely response to my initial call. He cam the next day,quickly determined the work to be done and arranged a convenient time to do the repairs. He came as scheduled, made the repairs, and thoroughly explained further options available to us. We appreciate the fact that he did not put any pressure on us. He was very courteous and cleaned up t he work areas. We will certainly call Michael and Son again and will request Jonathan if it is for electrical repairs.

Great company!

The company was set up to come out and fix my HVAC unit. The temperature in the house was 88 degrees so we were anxious to get the u it fixed. The company called and let me know that the serviceman was running late which was polite to do. Then the company called my warranty company and said I refused to pay a trip charge of $100.00 which they never told me about. Totally lied!!!

Going to get a hold house generator,so when the power is out, we will not be.

I placed a call almost 2 months ago. I have called several times since. Still waiting on a call… real professionals here…

They setup the appointment quickly. That I would have to was the end of it. I called after my appointment time passed, they let me know the electrician was running a little behind (as in 30 minutes because he was going to grab something to eat). Ok, no problem there, about 90 minutes later I get a call from the electrician saying he wasn't going to make it for another hour (2 and a half hours after appointment time), said ok I can deal with that, people have stuff come up. Called the business to let them know to cancel my request for service after an additional hour went by from when the electrician said he'd be here (3 and a half hours after my appointment time). Sound very professional on the phone and thought I found a good company based on the previous review (nice work from the photos and referrals from Duke energy). Had a few jobs that I need an electrician for out at the house so probably more disappointed then they are for losing my business.
