After some remodeling work, my hallway lights mysteriously stopped working. It wasn't the breaker, so, having reached the limit of my expertise, I called Viva. I was able to schedule service within 48 hours of requesting an appointment. Jeff and Zach arrived let me know they were on their way, arrived on time, took their shoes off/covered before entering my home and were friendly and professional the entire time. They let me know what they were doing and what to expect and made the repair quickly and efficiently while I worked. Additionally, they replaced a poorly functioning motion-sensing light with a regular switch. As they were leaving, the offered a few ways to improve the electric in my home, but not in a way that felt sale-sy or pushy. They also took the time to walk me through what was required to install electric for a vehicle in a condo residence. Having just done it, they were clearly knowledgeable and even had pictures to walk me through it. I would 100% use these guys again, and am sure I will. These guys were great.

We had Pete installed recessed lighting in our stairwell, replace old light fixtures and install new fans in multiple rooms. He did a FANTASTIC job. He was professional, pleasant, knowledgeable and super fast. I wasn’t able to stay in the house the whole time, but he would send me pictures of his work and let me know when he finished. We are so happy with his work and would highly recommend!

KG service my water heater. He was very professional and knowledgeable of water heaters. Didn't hear too much good news about the company but KG change my Mind about Irv. He made me comfortable about using this company and especially him. Mr. Gene (didn't get a last name) responded to my Lennar emergency service call Friday morning, 12-23-2022.  I would like to nominate him as Service Technician of the Year.  Gene called me ahead of time, asked some great questions to ensure he had what he needed on his truck, he arrived at the time he said he would, he was extremely professional, kind and neat.  Gene explained what happened to my furnace, why, and encouraged me to watch him make the needed part replacement.  In the process he explained details of the Lennox furnace and the safety features I should be aware of.   He was neat, well organized, and the problem was solved in a very timely manner.
I completely appreciated the entire service experience.  When I called the Lennar Warranty Emergency number for an HVAC issue Thursday night, I had doubts I would ever hear back from anyone (I told them the issue was not urgent enough for a night service call, but I needed help Friday; condensation leaking into the furnace drip pan).  The Romanoff Group returned my call early Friday, and delivered Gene to my home within hours.  Wow, in this day and age that's amazing!
