They didn't tell me about a service fee they charged just to quote a job. i don't mind paying for it if i knew about it up front. The tech call his boss and the boss said i had to pay it. The tech was very nice and professional and my issue is not with him it is with the company1/12/22 follow up. i responded to their response below by emailing them at the below email. I still have not heard from them. I have not heard from the manager either that I requested to pull the tapes and listen to my call where they didn't inform me of the service fee.1/19/21change to 3 start because they contacted me and refunded the service fee because they didn't tell me about the it upfront.

Worked me into their schedule quickly. Mike was on time and easy to work with. Found the problem quickly and repaired the outlet quickly. Reasonable price.

Peter just installed two light fixtures and did a great job! He was professional, friendly and installed them so quickly. I would definitely contact Bates Electric and use Peter again. I feel their prices are fair and they got someone out within a couple days of making the request.

It's easier than I thought getting electrical work done with COVID and the semiconductor shortage. Anyway, Bates was excellent. The electrician knew his stuff and did not mess anything up. He got everything done a lot faster than I expected for a project as big as the one I had. I’d hire them again for another project.
