Best Faucet Replacement in Charlotte NC

I attempted to contact 6 other contractors in the local area before reaching Roby Services. They answered the phone, called me when they said they would and showed up when they said they would. Those are bare minimum criteria worthy of 3 stars these days. The other 2 stars were earned by Aaron. He did great work, was patient and punctual. I appreciate the job well done.

Ryan is very knowledgeable about different electrical issues & solutions to fix them. Ryan & his partner are professional & helpful & answered all of my endless questions.

The electrician, Mark, was great to have assist. He was able to diagnose and correct the problems quickly and efficiently. Mark also helped me understand the cause and electrical code requirements.4 stars instead of 5 just because of Michael and Son pricing being high.

Service was very good. I have a gas leak in my house and they worked so professional to let me understand what I need to fix and the process time. I will definitely call them again.

I highly recommend Toliny Plumbing and Electric as they really go above and beyond for customers. They did for me when I needed a new hot water heater installed. Tony is courteous, service oriented and does excellent, efficient work. He showed up on time and was ready to get to work. He kept me informed throughout the process as he did his work. He explained how I could do maintenance for my hot water heater so it will have a longer life. I was amazed at just how dirty the water was in the hot water heater due to sediment building in the tank. Because this was part of other work that needed to be done, he planned it so that there was not any waste of time. He actually saved me money by telling me a second repair was not needed as it was working correctly and not leaking as I thought. He was willing to answer other questions about plumbing for me to help me become more knowledgeable which is extremely good for someone like me who wants to understand the details. I would use Tony again for my plumbing issues. I just want to say thanks for a job well done!

Brian was very punctual, polite and courteous. He repaired the ceiling efficiently and to my satisfaction. He was neat and cleaned up completely. It was a pleasure to work with him.

I found Ace handyman Services West Charlotte to be punctual, polite and most important, honest. they came to repair a badly installed window and told me the initial crew could not do it, but that they would send another, more experienced team. That was most reassuring. They may not have fixed that window, but they established trust and respect.

No problem with service. Cost of service was outrageous. Over $1900 with sales tax not including tank.
