My daughter and her family just moved into a rental and there were a few issues with the plumbing so after submitting a report to the rental company, they had IRV Plumbing, Electric & HVAC come out to check it out. Jeremiah came out and said the water heater needed replacing along with a new kitchen faucet and bathroom faucet should be replaced. After submitting a report, it took less then week to be ok’d and new ones installed. Today Jeremiah came by and did an excellent job replacing the old for all new and everything was cleaned up before they left. I’d definitely recommend IRV and ask for Jeremiah if you need any plumbing work done.
