Had some wiring issues related to smoke detectors - scheduling the appointment was super easy and service was scheduled in a timely manner. Kyle came out to my home (at the beginning of my estimated arrival time frame - MUCH appreciated!), very personable and professional. Listened to my issues, made recommendations and performed the services agreed upon. Loved the fact he gave sound professional advice without being pushy! Without hesitation I would request him for any futures issues that may arise.

Called a few days before Thanksgiving 2019 to discuss repairing a chandelier that had come loose from the ceiling box attachment. Johnathon answered the phone and said he would get to me before Thanksgiving. Daniel came the day before Thanksgiving (earlier than I expected) was personable and completed the repair successfully. I will use this company again should I have additional electrical work.

Paul and Brian came to our home and appraised the fan and lighting installation we needed, gave us a quote and a time for next week to do the work. Today 5/15/2014 they called and let us know that if our schedule allowed it that they could do the work today. When they showed up they were prompt, professional, personable, and friendly. The work was done in a timely manner, with a smile on their faces, the pricing was reasonable, and they gave an all around great experience. People like Paul and Brian are the reason me and my family will be making Call 1 Home Services the first call on our list to have any improvements that need to be done. these guys are the types of people in my opinion that keep customers loyal to the company.
