We had a laundry list of items that needed fixed and/or replaced when we bought our new home - everything from installing a new electrical panel to replacing ceiling fans throughout the house. Bobby did a fantastic job on every project, was very responsive and professional. Without a doubt we will continue to have Bobby do all our electrical work in the future. Best around.

We are remodeling our kitchen, and finding subs to work on our project has been extremely frustrating. Multiple calls to other companies were not answered, and emails not returned. I happened to find Viva on Google reviews. I called for an estimate, and they arrived the same day to work up a fair quote. Scheduled the service, and the electricians were on time, professional, careful, and truly a pleasure to work with. I can’t recommend this business enough!

Ron and David both have done great work on time, on schedule, and professionally several times adding new circuits, lights, or just fixing original electrical construction issues to both our house and the garages.

I will continue to use Ron's team for all my electrical needs, as they listen carefully to what is needed and explain any caveats to you to be able to complete the job (eg, changes that would have to be made) or just to provide you simple answers to your questions.

They all review their work with you at appropriate times during the projects and take care of the customer from start to finish.

I intend to have Ron give us budgetaries for wiring our basement as the next project for 20+ additional circuits and switches.

Allen and Caleb came to do different things on different days, but quality, service, attitude were the same- excellent. I would call them again in a minute for any services they offer under the Roby umbrella.

I liked working with Bates as a developer on a home build project. One of the better electricians that we have worked with. And the price charged was good enough that we actually came in under budget.

Great customer service and quality work!

I would steer clear of this company at all costs. While we did not hire ARC directly, we had the unfortunate pleasure of them performing work in our home through our contractor. We had several issues with them refusing to come back to our home to finish the work on our kitchen remodel. We were advised they did not want to come back until countertops were installed, despite it being easier to finish the work with the cabinets open. Our countertop installer pointed out that one of our outlets may not be installed per code, but unfortunately this was after custom backsplash was installed, again because ARC refused to come back before hand. Wiring was left dangling in our crawl space. Installers destroyed our garage trim bringing a conduit through the wall and brought it to nobody's attention. On top of all of this one of their workers was using derogatory language in the presence of mixed company, simply because his amateur work was pointed out, which he refused to fix on the spot. When ARC was told the worker was not allowed back at our home, the response was that they had had complaints about the worker's professionalism in the past. So that gives you some insight about their customer service. Despite our dissatisfaction, I had previously refrained from posting a review until the most recent issue. Come to find out, ARC never had the electrical final inspection completed before collecting their money from our contractor. Rather, they scheduled the inspection and then cancelled it, despite having been paid in full. Six months later it was discovered that they never had the work inspected and now we cannot have our project's final inspection completed. The company is completely unprofessional, overpriced, and amateur at best. Please do not be fooled by their Christian Values marketing ploy because it is just that, a ploy. ARC could not care less about doing the right thing or the customer.

This morning on 77 north near exit 5, the driver of truck 683 aggressively sped past me then abruptly changed lanes without signaling cutting in front of me with only a few feet between us then braked hard in order to avoid crashing into the vehicle in front of it causing myself and the vehicles behind me to have to react defensively. This driver was not courteous or professional by any means.
