Bought a fixer-upper house and we had Bates do all the electrical work because some thieves had stolen all the wiring. I am very satisfied with the work they did fixing up the electrical system.

Called for an estimate and Killian came out the same day. I received a very fair price so I asked them to proceed with the job. The workmen showed up on time and in uniform, they performed the work neatly and the job was done before I knew it. Very very satisfied, will certainly recommend to anybody I know. It is a great peace of mind knowing that I do not need to worry about power outages anymore.

I used Arc for the renovation of a restaurant. They were nice guys but the lack of responsiveness and not showing up for work deserves even less than 1 star. I have built a lot of commercial properties, both remodeling and new construction and so I know how things are normally delayed and people are just doing their best to get things done with a certain amount of delay being normal. Arc had zero regard for timelines or for keeping to their word or about even responding. Afterwards we even found a few things they said they did and charged for but actually didn't and i had to pay another company to come out and fix it. The GC I used said that he had worked with Arc in the past but never seem them do such a bad job. This company was absolutely horrible, would never use them again.

Of course our A/C started to have problems on holiday weekend- 90 degrees on July 4. We submitted a request in the morning (unit was less than 2yrs old) and got a call they had a few ppl in front of us but would be out by 1pm. They called before they came, Wayne showed up and was professional and pleasant. Quickly figured out the issue and replaced our capacitor and had us up and running in 20 min. Great service!
