Bob left another job he was on to help us get up and running so we could get back to work. He also troubleshot the problem and was absolutely correct about it being a Duke energy issue. He fixed the issues on our property that Duke caused and if we have any future electrical issues we will call Bob because of his professionalism and knowledge of electrical systems and pathways.

Tommy Vaughan came to help determine why my tankless water heater wasn't working and went above and beyond to get to the bottom of the issue.

We used No Shorts for the electrical work for our kitchen renovation. They came highly recommended and didn't disappoint. They are friendly, knowledgeable, dependable and trustworthy. I will certainly use them again.

EU Electrical did an amazing job at my home. They were professional and addressed all my electrical needs in an efficient manner. I would strongly recommend their services.

I was just going to move on but since they have emailed me 3-4 times in the past month for an appointment on Jan 15 2018.. I guess I should share my brief experience. The positive is the technician showed up quickly.. They have a policy that they will charge you $200 the moment they commence looking at your project. And they even go as far to disclaim that there is a chance they will not be able to perform the task you need and that you will still have to pay the $200. This routine seems pretty rehearsed and probably has been required by some attorney.

My technician looked at the front door light fixture and sure enough said it needed to be replaced and there was nothing he could do.. but that he would be happy to come back out to charge me another $200 to install the fixture once I have purchased it.

The lesson here is if you have any light fixture that you think is faulty.. the best plan is to go to Lowe’s/Home Depot/etc. and purchase a replacement.. they usually come with the installation. If it turns out the project doesn’t require the new fixture, you just return it. But at least you will have a reliable electrician that comes with the Lowe’s/ Home Depot stamp of approval who will assess your needs and not Overcharge you for what amounts to a 2 minute decision that they couldn’t help you.

I don’t like writing bad reviews but perhaps this will teach the Father and Son to use more discretion which previous clients to hound for public feedback.

As a former employee. Davidlong does not value his team of hard working employees. I arrived at work to be sent home numerous times do to lack of work .
And still unsure at this moment if I have a job I was never told I was fired.I was never told I was layed off. but matter still exists I am at home not working.David has been dishonest with me and dodging my calls and txts. I do not recommend working for this company

This is a great place to work with and work for. Consider them if you have an upcoming, highly technical project , and need support or pricing. And consider a career in the office or field if you want to work on truly unique projects that most contractors never get a shot at. To sum it up, they are best in class.

We see these guys at least once a week. This is a great company stable in size and opportunity possible.
