Today’s maintenance tech, Joseph Hortie, was super helpful, kind, and thorough. He found air filters that we had never changed bc we never realized they existed (and other techs had missed for several years). He reviewed the ecobee settings with me. He never seemed rushed even though it was late in the day and into the evening. Great job by him!
