Best Electrical Service Call in Charlotte NC

Our technician, Kevin James, was courteous, honest and capability. Very positive experience.

I had a rental unit serviced under my rental company Guarino Rentals and first was surprised that they also include a steep surcharge for landlords besides their regular service charge. Their repair was not qaranteed and lasted only 2 weeks. Their charge for substandard work was in my opinion over average. They did come back to try to resolve my problem but was told that they would give me credit for the correct repair for the substandard work but they quoted me an outrageous price.. I told them I was not interested. I was told they would take my issue up at their next meeting and see if they can work something out and would get back with me in a few days but I never heard back from them. I called a veryhonest and reasonable company from Rock Hill ( Illuminated Electric) who did an outstanding job at a fourth of the price that One Hour Electrical was going to charge me. I would never under any circumstances call One Hour Electrical again or ever refer them to any one.

Bobby was fast and courteous. He took the time to answer any questions I had, and I feel confident I will request his services again.

Luis was extremely polite and professional! After he hung my chandelier, we noticed an issue. He went back to his truck, retrieved the ladder and fixed the problem.

I need my business fixed and they were the one to call. I have no complaints! They help with all the needs I requested for and they did not disappoint. They are very knowledgeable and helpful thoughout the process with also being very clean! The price was also very fair. Definitely will do business again.

I had an issue with lighting and wiring after remodeling my shower. Nate was able to fix it for a fair price. Very personable and well spoken, he explained the mechanics of my issue, my options for getting the breaker up and running again without a sales pitch for stuff I didn’t need or want. Great value and communication. If you need work done on your home definitely shoot him a text!

I’ve called these guys a few times now. First after a lightning strike, they fixed everything and got everything up and running and assisted with insurance verbiage. Then at my new house installed a subpanel in my garage. Every time they come out they are professional and do a fantastic job. I DIY as much as I can, they’ll install anything I feel is over my head but will explain what I need to do if I’m going to do it myself. I had another electrician (hired by someone else) that couldn’t figure out a problem. Lou troubleshot it, told me how to fix it, and I was able to finish the job I needed. This company is a gem and I’ll never use anyone else.

We live in an older home, and we needed to upgrade our 2-prong outlets to 3-prong outlets. Plus, we needed to add some exterior outlets. We found them on Angie's List and saw very positive reviews. The owner gave us a very fair price, scheduled us quickly, and worked with our budget not to go over what we could afford. The work crew arrived on time, and did a thorough job, keeping us updated all the way. They were very respectful of our home, and were very courteous and friendly. They will definitely be our first call for future electrical projects, and we will tell our friends about the excellent, friendly service and prompt follow-through. Highly recommended.

Not surprised by the reviews.

My builder hired this guy to come fix my phone jack that wasn't fully installed, and to install a light fixture - a simple 30 minute job. Months go by and I find out this guy has been telling my builder that I don't answer his calls (he never called me once).

Finally he calls me... with a NASTY attitude saying am I really driving all the way out there for that?. He knew where I lived when he accepted the job.... but I thought okay maybe this guy is having a bad day.
Said he would be at my house on Thursday or Friday morning and that he'd call me back to schedule the time.
It's now Friday at 5:00pm, never called and never showed up - shocker.
