My electrician Dante Torres was awesome he was very quick but took the time to explain to me in detail everything that I needed to know. While he completed the work in a timely manner he wasn’t in a rush to leave he wanted to make sure I was happy first and I appreciate that more than I could possibly explain in this review. He was a great guy and a great electrician and will always be who I call on for electrical help in the future.

Bobby was very responsive and got me out of a jam when my other electrician could not confirm a start date after weeks of me checking in with them.

Some contractors seemed to want to save me money when I was stressing that this was an improvement and investment for the future. I’m not trying to cut costs. Bobby didn’t emphasize shortcuts or offer to cut corners.

We did an upgrade from a 50 amp to a 200amp panel on a really old house.

I was worried about dust and Bobby let me follow him with a vacuum without feeling like a bother when he did his initial cuts in the drywall.

I’ll come back to him for the different phases of my projects as needed.

Amazing experience with Viva Electric. Tommy V and John D were amazing technicians who were honest, easy to talk to and efficient in their work. I called Viva and they were able to send Tommy and John the next day for a non-emergency install and repair which was completely unexpected. I filled out the free estimate quote on the Lamm Electric website. I received a call a few hours later and the guy on the phone set an appointment for the next morning. He spent maybe 15 minutes checking my circuit for the microwave. I asked how much do I owe you for replacing socket and he said you owe for the service call. Then he went into his work van and came back with a bill for $134.06. I never received a free quote as the website stated or any explanation of how much their labor or service call was. I was never explained the cost to come to my house or any reason for the charges I was charged. I didn't argue because it was too late and I will never be using this company again. I always choose companies that have great ratings, but sad to say this time those ratings did not match the service I received.

We own a rental property in Mint Hill, NC. Roman met me there and completed our list in one day. He replaced a ceiling fan, installed a new outlet, installed 2 bathroom exhaust fans, installed a backsplash in a bathroom, replaced some vinyl siding that blew off and removed debris from the roof. We highly recommend and will call Happy Life again! Thank you for doing a great job at a fair price.

My neighbor hired Al to replace rotted siding and trim on the outside of the front of his house and install outside lighting and a new electrical outlet. I had been helping my neighbor (who is not able to work on his home) with some small projects on his home. I knew of Al's professional reputation and suggested my neighbor hire him which my neighbor did. This was a project my neighbor wanted done and I knew it was beyond my experience level and knowledge to attempt this on my own.

I was able to assist Al on some of the siding that needed an extra pair of hands. (I've done minor home repair and remodeling myself as a non-professional for 40+ yrs & some lay person's knowledge.) So, I was on site the entire time and was able to see Al's work through the entire process. While not a large job, Al treated his work with the importance and dedication as though it was a truly important job that he valued doing. (Al replaced about 100 sq feet of siding.)

I must say Al does incredibly excellent work!! He explained the reasons for some of his construction strategy which greatly impressed me with how well he thinks through projects like this. He works efficiently and demonstrates a very high standard of excellence!

The price was extremely reasonable for my neighbor to be able to afford to hire Al. My neighbor and myself both believe my neighbor got more than his money's worth out of this job! Excellent work & great value cost wise.

I was looking for a competent and trustworthy electrician and Tim came highly recommend. I had him do work that another electric company couldn't figure out how to solve the issue and to make matters worse, was the ridiculous price I was being charged by them. Tim took the time to figure out why the problem was occurring and he fixed the problem in a reasonable amount of time without ripping me off! He even explained to me what the issue was and what he did that the other company didn't do. What a blessing. I would highly recommend, Tim, for your electrical need. I'm so glad I did.

My complaint may not alarm most but it truly upset me. I was contacted by this vendor to repair some outlets that my Home Warranty Company contracted with. The tech called today 10/28 to say they were in my area and wanted to see if we were available for them to come out. At no time during this brief call was I informed of addl’ fees. As I wasn’t home my husband was aware of them coming out and servicing our home. At time of payment we were charged the deductible of $100 (no problem) and a charge to use debit/credit card of $10.75!!!! $10.75 to use my card!!! If I was told of this fee I surely would have gotten cash for payment. $10.75 is outrageous especially during a pandemic for multiple reasons. 1. Covid spread 2. Safety of tech or customer 3. Guarantee tender (no fake bills)
