Perfect company!!! Two guys showed up and knocked it out quickly, and at an incredibly reasonable price! They can do hvac and plumbing as well i think.

I've used No Shorts several times for clients jobs, and they are unrivaled in their punctuality and job performance in my opinion! Their scheduler is fantastic, and they have so much pride in what they do---I always feel confident that they pay close attention to detail and follow any instructions that I give them. They are my go-to electrician, and my clients love them!

Dominique Patterson is extremely kind, respectful, and professional. As new home owners, we’re still getting educated on the types of electrical issues we have in our home. Dominique was patient and explained everything so well. Will continue to use Patterson Contracting Services!!
Really appreciate a company that does genuine/thorough work and doesn’t rush out of the house without completing the job. Thank you!

I had a Tesla Wall Charger installed. Dusty Rhodes came out to do a quick inspection, called a nearby supplier to find a few tough to find parts unique to my circuit breaker, then came back out and did the job quickly and professionally. He was very accommodating and straightforward. He came in under his original estimation (and under similar costs to do the install posted in other reviews). I found him to be honest and professional, and based on that I'd highly recommend him and Bates Electric. I did get dropped once when I called for initial service (reference to another review I saw here), but they were friendly when I called back and gave me a quick estimate and scheduled my appointment.

Tim took literally eight hours to put in a meter box. Not only did he spend all thoes hours in my backyard smoking cigarettes with the landlord it took him two days to put in an inspection ticket for his work leaving us without power for two extra days.

Was struggling to find someone to come out quickly. They worked really hard to fit us in. Very friendly. Problem was fixed and they tested it many times just to ensure everything was good.

I saw Henry's reviews online at Nextdoor and Angi and was very impressed. I contacted him and scheduled the replacement of a malfunctioning ceiling fan with a new one. He showed up as scheduled and was extremely easy to work with. He did an excellent job of installing the new fan and removing the old one. I would definitely recommend him.

This is a great place to work with and work for. Consider them if you have an upcoming, highly technical project , and need support or pricing. And consider a career in the office or field if you want to work on truly unique projects that most contractors never get a shot at. To sum it up, they are best in class.

Breakers tripped in my house, resulting in a kitchen and dining room light and living room outlets which did not work. Hill Electric sent two technicians and they discovered two outlets which had been improperly wired by the builder! They replaced the outlets and rewired the system and everything worked perfectly! Just in time for Christmas too! These folks are great and do great work. They know their stuff!

Joe is a nice guy, but is terribly, terribly unreliable. He does not show when he says he will. He ultimately, refused to respond to our inquiries. He talks about his work being warranteed, but NEVER shows up to fix. He claimed to fix items that he did not address. He was electricrician of record on a residential project, that was delayed months because of him, and then refused to stand behind his work. Ultimately, we had to hire another company to come in, costing us $$$$, and considerable embarrassment, and damage to our reputation. It has been the most disappointing building experience I have had in over 20 years.

To be fair, I didn't have any work done. This review is based on a phone conversation when trying to schedule an estimate.
I need some electrical work done. I was upfront saying I was getting estimates because I had no idea what this type of work costs. He told me he doesn't get into bidding because of the amount of time it takes to work up an estimate. I was told I either needed to commit with no estimate or pay for his time to work up the estimate and that charge would be backed out of the job if I chose them. I was told he had enough work at the moment and couldn't waste time on an estimate.
I simply wanted three ballpark estimates from reputable contractors. I'm not going with the least expensive because they are the cheapest. I'm going with the one I feel most comfortable with. I will have some seriously expensive equipment connected to their work and I need to be comfortable with them. I don't doubt Helms Electrical does good work but to shut someone down because they want an estimate is a little strange to me.
A ballpark price within a few hundred dollars would have been fine.
