Michael and sons came out over 2 months ago to repair a pipe that had burst during the cold spell. They had to order a part...we have been told the part is in but no one will either pick up to schedule coming back to repair the pipe or return a phone call...mean while the water to our refrigerator has had to remain off...the worker also drilled a hole in the middle of our kitchen floor because he did not measure correctly and was suppose to send someone out to repair the hole but that has yet to happen either. This is completely unacceptable and I find it less than professional I would not recommend this company to anyone

KG was the service person. He has good customer service and very professional. He arrived on time. He knew what he was doing. I would highly recommend him.
