Best Construction Job in Charlotte NC

It was a holiday weekend but he showed up and fixed it. From beginning to end took 45 minutes. A fantastic job. Will definitely use them again in the future.

Just wanted to say that I have a regular electrician that I absolutely love but was unable to make it and I couldn't wait 7 weeks to rewire the switch outlets I needed to install some smart switches. Ronnie showed up and realized that the issue I was having wasn't as clear cut as we thought and definitely needed some electrical expertise. After rewiring and installing these smart switches, I was able to program them and secure them on my home network and they are functioning as intended. We are having him back in 3 weeks to finish the rest of the house once the remaining switches arrive. Ronnie is now my second favorite electrician and will be using him and highly recommending him to everyone in the Charlotte area who needs a dependable, reasonable and properly priced electrician.

I was just going to move on but since they have emailed me 3-4 times in the past month for an appointment on Jan 15 2018.. I guess I should share my brief experience. The positive is the technician showed up quickly.. They have a policy that they will charge you $200 the moment they commence looking at your project. And they even go as far to disclaim that there is a chance they will not be able to perform the task you need and that you will still have to pay the $200. This routine seems pretty rehearsed and probably has been required by some attorney.

My technician looked at the front door light fixture and sure enough said it needed to be replaced and there was nothing he could do.. but that he would be happy to come back out to charge me another $200 to install the fixture once I have purchased it.

The lesson here is if you have any light fixture that you think is faulty.. the best plan is to go to Lowe’s/Home Depot/etc. and purchase a replacement.. they usually come with the installation. If it turns out the project doesn’t require the new fixture, you just return it. But at least you will have a reliable electrician that comes with the Lowe’s/ Home Depot stamp of approval who will assess your needs and not Overcharge you for what amounts to a 2 minute decision that they couldn’t help you.

I don’t like writing bad reviews but perhaps this will teach the Father and Son to use more discretion which previous clients to hound for public feedback.

The name discount electrical is a joke!. We had a light fixture that needed repair and thought it was wiring. However we only needed a different type of bulb. I was shocked when we received a bill for $125 yes $125 to change a lightbulb. He showed up an hour late and had to use our ladder! We don't mind paying for someones time but this is price gauging at its finest. Someone with this type of ethics to charge that much for that level of work should not be in business. Please do your research and be aware so you don't have to over pay like we just did.

We see these guys at least once a week. This is a great company stable in size and opportunity possible.

Our AC went we had to have a part ordered. We were told our Tech would be back the next day once the part came in. And true to his word Ryan arrived when he said he would. He replaced the part. Reset our thermostats and I learned something about zone 1 and zone 2!. But thanks to Ryan my family and I will chilly once again! Great job thank you Ryan!!

Roman is fabulous! He can do anything, very well! He built his own house from ground up and is a certified electrician too. I highly recommend his work!

My neighbor hired Al to replace rotted siding and trim on the outside of the front of his house and install outside lighting and a new electrical outlet. I had been helping my neighbor (who is not able to work on his home) with some small projects on his home. I knew of Al's professional reputation and suggested my neighbor hire him which my neighbor did. This was a project my neighbor wanted done and I knew it was beyond my experience level and knowledge to attempt this on my own.

I was able to assist Al on some of the siding that needed an extra pair of hands. (I've done minor home repair and remodeling myself as a non-professional for 40+ yrs & some lay person's knowledge.) So, I was on site the entire time and was able to see Al's work through the entire process. While not a large job, Al treated his work with the importance and dedication as though it was a truly important job that he valued doing. (Al replaced about 100 sq feet of siding.)

I must say Al does incredibly excellent work!! He explained the reasons for some of his construction strategy which greatly impressed me with how well he thinks through projects like this. He works efficiently and demonstrates a very high standard of excellence!

The price was extremely reasonable for my neighbor to be able to afford to hire Al. My neighbor and myself both believe my neighbor got more than his money's worth out of this job! Excellent work & great value cost wise.

Al's knowledge and expertise was just superb! He has a remarkably professional and amicable can do attitude with the experience and knowledge to back it up. He communicates a professional confidence in his manner that is reassuring.

It was a real pleasure to do business with Al. Both my neighbor and myself are super pleased with the high quality of the job and the efficient speed and timeliness that it was done! The front on my neighbors home looks fantastic and the quality of work will have the siding and trim last for many many years to come! Great service! Had a roof leak or so I thought...Jason came out promptly and even called when he was 30 minutes out to make sure I wasn't waiting around all day. My one leak turned into three after close inspection and Jason took care of all of them for the quoted price to fix one. Excellent customer service, and great work!

Tommy and Marco were wonderful. They kept me apprised of the work situation at all times and did a thorough, professional job. And on top of that, they helped me find my escaped cat. They’re top notch humans and we’ll be using their services again.

Arc Electric and Technician Jesse C. completed the electrical hook up of my pool equipment today. Naturally, I expected it to be done correctly and to code and I have no doubt it is perfect. What really impressed me was how careful Jesse was to make sure the boxes and power lines were installed in a neat or orderly way. The job just looks neat and professional. Jesse was polite and respectful to me, the homeowner, and did a great job of communicating what was being done.
