Hired to replace a bathroom vent, light switch, and outlet. I had purchased all parts to be installed. The job was mostly labor. The electrician preferred to step on my toilet instead of using the ladder I offered two times. I should have insisted he use the ladder. The electrician was at my house for approximately three hours. The charges were a staggering $429. In my opinion way overpriced. I even had to clean up all the debris that had fallen from the ceiling. I called the company to speak a supervisor about the my frustration with the way the job was left and the unreasonable charges, just to be given the run around. One and only time I will use On Time Electrical.

We had an emergency.

We'd lost power to part of our house from a short somewhere along a complex line. When I called in, I was told that because we had an emergency, they'd send someone that day. Scott and his assistant showed up on time, were clear in their deliverables and costs, and worked for three hours until they were satisfied that the problem was corrected. Additionally, because of the global pandemic, they each wore masks, gloves, and of course shoe covers. Very professional. Will use again and highly recommend.
