When I called Mack Electric, they immediately responded with a confirmed appointment. The technician Mo showed up right on time to do a free estimate after looking at the items that needed replacing or correcting, there are no trip fees. His estimates were very reasonable and is per job NOT by per hour. I have used other electricians before and either they charged per hour for many hours or $1000 min per job, or they purposefully emailed an estimate for your review, but when you clicked the button to review, it confirms hiring them even though you had not decided to hire them. Mo is certainly a keeper. He will be my go to electrician. Thank you, Mo.

Good service

Roby customer service and technician was prompt and curious. In my opinion they were a bit overpriced. I received one outlet change and a appliance cord change which took all of 5min.and was quoted close to 500$. I canceled part of the order. Little high I believe.

We were so impressed by Don’s response time, great communication, and most importantly his positive attitude to problem solve and provide solid diagnostics. He diagnosed the situation effectively and fixed our ceiling fan switches promptly. It was a pleasure to have someone use their entrepreneurial talent and electrician experience to provide excellent customer service and an accurate diagnostic. Ryan got us up an running after the storm from Ian took down a tree which ripped our panel almost completely off the side of our house. We had his number as Orkin had contracted him for some electrical work on our house earlier this year and he left us his card since we were new to the area and home ownership.

To make a long story short, we will be calling Ryan for any future need that requires an electrician. He was responsive, fast, professional, provided great quality work (old house, so we had to upgrade the panel to pass inspection before Duke would turn power back on), and pursued the city relentlessly in order to get us our inspection.
