Jimmy did an amazing job from beginning to end!! He was professional and responsible which is a commendable attribute in today's construction market. In addition, I misunderstood part of the invoice and we disagreed. He handled it very well even though the error was on my part, which I discovered later. He still followed through with his end with final inspection!!! Amazing :)

Aj and Garry came to our home to fix what our contractor messed up. I knew our contractor had done some shotty work. I just didn’t know how bad it was till they started tearing up drywall. They fixed it all and showed me what they did was up to code. Super friendly. Very patient. I highly recommend.

I had these guys to run some Cat 8 cable to the office upstairs and add some recessed lighting. I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to make some tricky wire runs without cutting a single hole in the ceiling or walls! And, as an added bonus, they left the place as clean as they found it. I will definitely call them back for any future work.

We had an electrical issue pop up Saturday morning and Tom was at our house within the hour. He fixed our problem quickly and was very friendly. We will DEFINITELY call Tom again with any future problems.

I called for assistance with a poorly installed ceiling fan (a handyman didnt know what he was doing) and installing a new thermostat. A technician, Ed Bunch, was at my house in less than 2 hours from my initial call! He was extremely nice, professional and quickly fixed the faulty installation. He even vacuumed my carpet after he was finished (popcorn ceiling). He also adhered to COVID protocol, which I appreciated. I will definitely be using G&B in the future!

Roman was very responsive, arrived when expected and completed the work timely and neatly. We installed two wall sconces where they had not been installed before - he gave suggestions for the wall switch/plate location. Once the work was completed, he did the first layer of drywall mud on the wall. He didn't have to do that, but he did. Excellent customer service. Will definitely call him again with any future electrical needs. Love to support small businesses.

Awesome experience and will use them for all future projects. Technicians arrived on time. They discussed project with me and then proceeded to cover my hard wood floors to protect from damage. They installed two ceiling fans (one about 25 feet) and several light fixtures, including a fixture that was located about 25feet up. Because they had to use a very tall ladder they took care to move furniture, protect the floors and were careful not to damage the walls. Both young men (Cody and Robert) were very professional and polite. When they completed their work they cleaned up. The pricing for the work was very reasonable and I feel comfident that I will not experience any electrical or other issues.

$527 to replace two breakers… and that’s with a $287 discount. The technician was really nice though.

My issue was stemming from a root cause that I was unable to identify.
Paul accepted my appointment was able to diagnose the issue within the hour and my problem was fixed the same afternoon. In short, it was a water leak.
I have lived in Charlotte area for 15 years, and never found service like this. Normally I can't even get a call back!
The price was more than fair. It was quoted before any piece of work was done and I appreciated the professionalism.
Paul explained thoroughly to me the cause of the problem along with the fix.
