Very responsive and put some real thought into what the problem was during his diagnosis. Worked quickly and managed to fit us in quickly. He was very conscientious about his work. He even installed a new microwave for us last minute (old one blew because of the bad wiring). Will will be repeat customers without hesitation!

The service was fine, but the cost was ridiculous. The job took 20 minutes. The tech walked around a 400 sqft space testing outlets, removed the covers from the electric panel and meter, determined I wasn't getting enough voltage, and told me to call the power company. I was told $69, he ran my card, then sent the invoice and receipt. My first glance at the invoice I just paid showed $301 and change. Ridiculous

Just wanted to say that I have a regular electrician that I absolutely love but was unable to make it and I couldn't wait 7 weeks to rewire the switch outlets I needed to install some smart switches. Ronnie showed up and realized that the issue I was having wasn't as clear cut as we thought and definitely needed some electrical expertise. After rewiring and installing these smart switches, I was able to program them and secure them on my home network and they are functioning as intended. We are having him back in 3 weeks to finish the rest of the house once the remaining switches arrive. Ronnie is now my second favorite electrician and will be using him and highly recommending him to everyone in the Charlotte area who needs a dependable, reasonable and properly priced electrician.

The name discount electrical is a joke!. We had a light fixture that needed repair and thought it was wiring. However we only needed a different type of bulb. I was shocked when we received a bill for $125 yes $125 to change a lightbulb. He showed up an hour late and had to use our ladder! We don't mind paying for someones time but this is price gauging at its finest. Someone with this type of ethics to charge that much for that level of work should not be in business. Please do your research and be aware so you don't have to over pay like we just did.

This was our first time using IRV Plumbing & Electric and they really impressed us! Denna recorded our information correctly and got us scheduled quickly. Nate came on time and made sure he understood exactly what we wanted; he performed expeditiously and conducted himself very professionally at all times. We hired Toliny Plumbing&Electric to install a tankless water heater in early 2022. Tony was professional and knew what he was doing. We are very satisfied with the unit. However, the unit had error code showing up in Jan 2023 so we had to call Tony. Tony came immediately and spent the time coordinating with the manufacturer's tech support over the phone for the troubleshooting that is required for the warranty. He came again couple days after with the part and got the issue fixed quickly. We have worked with him twice and always great results with good follow through.

I highly recommend Ace Handyman services. Heath & Carlos we’re absolutely fantastic and did an excellent job with a tv mount, over-the-range microwave install, hanging several pictures/mirrors, replacing door sweeps and removing shelving. They were communicative, responsive and gave me great feedback on other services that their team could perform. They also finished the job in less time than originally estimated.
