I called for electric work, not sure what was wrong. Very friendly customer service, had an electrician on way within 15 mins of call. Luis Florence's, was the electrician who came out. He did his assessment and gave us a quote. We accepted and he began his work. He worked until he got the power on. Very friendly and did his work, also explained everything he was doing. Will definitely call if any other issues and will recommend him. Thank u guys for the great help and business.

When I called Mack Electric, they immediately responded with a confirmed appointment. The technician Mo showed up right on time to do a free estimate after looking at the items that needed replacing or correcting, there are no trip fees. His estimates were very reasonable and is per job NOT by per hour. I have used other electricians before and either they charged per hour for many hours or $1000 min per job, or they purposefully emailed an estimate for your review, but when you clicked the button to review, it confirms hiring them even though you had not decided to hire them. Mo is certainly a keeper. He will be my go to electrician. Thank you, Mo.

Ed Bunch! An awesome professional. Truly I didn’t know what to make of electricians.. I’ve never asked for one. But after a small ceiling fan fire with our new house, my wife encouraged me to call GB and get some sound advice. Ed showed up early and was thorough with his inspection, his advice, and his installation of the new fan. He gave me peace of mind (and more importantly my wife’s) as he explained all the details of recommendations and some of the work I could do myself.
