We had a great experience with everyone over at All Wire Electric.

Anthony who came out to give us a quote was on time and was able to send us a quote that covered all the items/tasks we wanted to have completed accurately. Later as we adjusted the items which were completed, he sent us revised invoices promptly.

Grace at the office side was always very pleasant and timely in her responses.

We especially liked Mark, the technician, who diligently completed all the items on our list to our satisfaction and in a timely manner. Each day he was at the house, he made sure to clean up after the work day was over and he listened to our concerns and needs. He even helped with reinserting the plugs in the walls/ceiling where he had cut holes to fish wiring through which is a great help to us for repairing the drywall later.

We'll definitely be contacting All Wire for any future electrical needs.

Just wanted to find a way to thank you guys for sending Jim Hohenstein to do the repair work at our house. He was friendly, super competent, super efficient and a great problem solver. We want to give him top rating as he was excellent, but do not know how. Also, we will be calling on him to help us with some specific power needs related to our dock as soon as we know the requirements down there. Please thank him for us.

Call them at 1pm and got the great quote right away and they did in the same day. Pasha finished the work in an hour by 6pm. I got so many quote and Merv was half of others with much higher quality instead of wasting time for admin and other processing.
They are Honest, Professional, and caring to deliver a good quality job. I was extremely satisfied with their quality and cost. I saved his number and would use and recommend them 100%.

Martin installed my new furnace installed last year, after a week I was confused with the thermostat and couldn't get it working, he came back right away just to show me how to work it! A year later, the furnace stopped working right after a snowy day, he came right away and it turned out I mistakenly set it on cold hair. I was amazed he didn't even want to charge me for his visit and time. A= experience!

Pat is amazing! He is booked for weeks, but worked late to help me with an electrical emergency at one of the rentals I manage.

Rich was the electrician who called me over the phone. I described my issue and he asked for pictures and a description of the symptoms of which I provided. After he analyzed the information he texted back with a simple solution. With my limited skillset I was able to perform the repair thus resolving my problem.
He didn’t make a house call nor did he hand me to a secretary to schedule a visit. He simply helped me on the spot saving precious down time.
I’m grateful for his help and in the future when I encounter a problem that I can’t resolve, guess who I’ll call first.

Rasa has super fair prices. Good service. He was patient with us while we decided where to install new cans. Very considerate of our space and wore booties, put down plastic to minimize dust and cleaned up after.

I was reccomended to Mister Sparky from one of my buddies. I just moved to Seattle so and have never needed an electrician before but the guys were great. Really professional and clean. Totally recommend them.

Fixed the problem but was very condescending

Had someone come in to do some electrical work for me at my new house, Jacob was on time and super friendly. Awesome to work with, called him back and have set up another time for him to come to work on some other stuff as well.

Wonderful customer service, and solid work from electricians

I have used Exact Electric for a couple of jobs. One was wiring my new print shop location during a new build-out and the other was to install a 225 amp sub-panel at a new storage building. Both times the pricing was good and Zack was easy to work with. The jobs were started on time and completed promptly. I would use Exact Electric again and recommend them highly to others. We were really happy with our experience. They quoted us a fair price to install some infrared panels. They installed them quickly and they are working great. Would highly recommend this service provider.

After installing new siding on our home, we had an issue where a circuit breaker would constantly trip. This left us with no power to 1.5 of our 3 bedrooms. Within 48hrs, OHM was able to come on-site (free) and produce a quote to troubleshoot the issue. Not only did they provide the most detailed estimate of the contractors we had come on-site, Alfred also greatly impressed us with his willingness to explain the process and answer any questions.

A week later, we had Chris and Justin at our house performing the troubleshooting. Just like with Alfred, they were on time, extremely polite/professional, and very responsive to all of our questions, including some that extended beyond the current issue at hand. Alfred also stopped by halfway through the service call and was able to give us an impromptu walk-through of potential additional options to address a separate, underlying concern Chris and Justin had found. However, Alfred was also very pragmatic in making sure we didn't take on unnecessary cost/work as he actively sought to understand what our actual needs/goals would be in order to determine if the additional work was necessary. Oh, and did I fail to mention they found the issue and fixed it in the same visit, not causing us to incur any additional charges from the troubleshooting quote (aside from materials)? =)

Overall, they were great, well priced, and very customer-centric. If/when we have any future electrician needs, we will be reaching back out to OHM and happily recommending them to others.

*NOTE: Our home is from the '40s with a LOT of unique electrical design choices that OHM had to overcome, further adding value to the service they provided!

Might be good, might be bad. Will never know as they don't return my emails or request for quote from their website.
