Best Safety Inspection in Seattle WA

Absolutely ludicrous pricing. I had Mr. Electric provide me a quote on replacing a bathroom exhaust fan. They said the fan cost about $200, a permit $150, and it would take 2 hours. The total quote comes to $1400! What crazy world do they live in where 2 hours of work is $1000?! Don't even bother with these guys, they're clearly trying to take advantage of people on pricing.

Only gave 2 stars instead of 1 because they were courteous, professional, and put on shoe covers.

Edit: the owners have responded basically insinuating that because I didn't actually hire their service in the end, my review is invalid. To quote, Thank you for the review of services you did not use. If they would re-read my review, they might notice that I have complained about their high pricing, and not on the work they have done. How many grandma's have agreed to pay them $500/hour for electric work?

George came over to our house within a day to fix our broken light fixture that was hanging from the ceiling. He was a very professional and knowledgeable electrician!

Josh was on time and highly professional. Diagnosed and did repairs quickly, including suggesting that I return a $50. LED closet light fixture that I didn't really need, and just get a $6.00 flourescent replacement bulb. (A big box store clerk convinced me I needed the LED fixture.) Josh couldn't have been nicer and he will now be my go to electrician!

We had quite a few issues. The technician not only fixed all of them he followed up the next day to ensure we had connected with a resource that would fix a problem that was not even within his scope of work. Professional, articulate, responsive and knowledgeable.

Rich was the electrician who called me over the phone. I described my issue and he asked for pictures and a description of the symptoms of which I provided. After he analyzed the information he texted back with a simple solution. With my limited skillset I was able to perform the repair thus resolving my problem.
He didn’t make a house call nor did he hand me to a secretary to schedule a visit. He simply helped me on the spot saving precious down time.
I’m grateful for his help and in the future when I encounter a problem that I can’t resolve, guess who I’ll call first.

My bathroom fan was making a lot of noise so I called Rasa from Galaxy Electric & Solar, and they sent over Pete who was able to replace the fan quickly. Pete arrived on time and got straight to work. He was very professional and he even cleaned up after himself when he was finished. I am very happy with the new fan. The new fan is much quieter, and I'm much less worried about it now. Thank you.

When it comes to electrical problems I don't even want to think about what to or what the problem is so I call Mister Sparky every time I have an electrical issue and they always show up when they say they will, none of that between 9 and 3 bologna. I always know I can relax when I call Mister Sparky.

A little on the high side

I setup an initial consultation/quotation visit with these guys as I needed to get power outside our house to install a security camera. Dave arrived on time to discuss my project and was extremely professional and friendly. We identified three options, including drilling into the house from the outside and junctioning into the existing electrical network, installing a new external outlet, or wiring the camera into our garage where we have existing outlets. He walked me through the pros and cons of each option and was very candid in his assessment. He then suggested the third option as being the easiest and least intrusive/expensive. Even though the appointment was just an initial visit and not actually when the work was to be performed, he ended up helping me out and finishing the installation free of charge as a neighborly gesture. I was very impressed and would highly recommend anyone to consult with them for electrical needs. I'll certainly call them again if I need something in the future!

We needed a few things done: installation of a tankless water heating system, installation of a new outlet for a Toto brand toilet and washlet bidet, as well as restoring power to our master bedroom. We had a team of electricians and plumbers get all of this done over the course of 2.5 business days. Everyone we worked with was very professional, friendly, and it felt like they really cared that we were happy. I could tell they were passionate about their work and getting it done right!The prices were more expensive than we thought they would be, but they do have a financing payment plan that's relatively easy to work with. Thank you Brandon, Michael/Mike, Matt, James, and Bo! We would definitely work with Eco again in the future for electrical and plumbing needs! :)

Could not love Seatown more. From the scheduler in the office to the techs and specialists - every single interaction has been wonderful. Seatown installed mini splits in our home, provides twice yearly maintenance, and they handle all our plumbing and electrical needs. We have had two plumbing emergencies in the last two months and Seatown made time for us on their schedule ASAP both times. The techs are always on time, are super professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and take time to explain their work. Seriously have no reason to ever call another company - Seatown for the win!

I had an emergency with my main panel in my home and Mr. Hlavacek responded almost immediately to my email. This was during the week of the heat wave and they were, understandably, busy. Mr. Hlavacek and Kirill fit me into their very busy schedule and had me fixed up in a jiffy! I plan to hire them in the future for more projects!! 10 out of 10

Jeff was incredibly helpful in identifying an electrical issue with my home. When the problem became an emergency and hazard, Jeff was on site within the hour to resolve it and restore power. Andrea was also very communicative and helpful in coordinating getting Jeff on site and communicating with the power company. I would highly recommend Seattle Electricians Today for any residential electrical needs!

We've had Exact Electric work at our home several times -- and all were 5-star experiences. Very quick scheduling -- and the electricians stayed on the job past quitting time to make sure the work was done to our satisfaction. Quality work and reasonable prices. Highly recommend.

2 technicians came out and gave a estimate ( trees fell on my electric system connected to the house and street pole ) I also got a second estimate from another company , it was twice the price for the same thing . The technicians was very friendly , knowledgeable and skilled , doing a excellent job with updating & completing a new electrical system for my house. I want thank Shajeev , Joel & Kristan for a excellent job .
The only problem I have had was trying to get a payment or schedule completely by the receptionist she has a hard time with accuracy and function of operations ( how to collect money ) just a little bit more training will take care of that and diverse billing system .

Francisco and Devon were courteous and kind. I asked them to run a new hot wire up to where I'm doing a ceiling fan replacement for my bathroom. Francisco was able to quickly and clearly explain what would need to be done, and how they would accomplish it (e.g. drywall cutting, tapping existing line, fishing up new cable). They did a great job setting up drywall dust management and floor covering to ensure the work they did, didn't leave my bathroom a mess.

Would use them again!

I'm selling a house in Lake Forest Park that needs a few small electrical projects taken care of. Two weeks ago I contacted Seattle Electric to have them get in touch with my real estate agent for scheduling because I live a few hours away and she was going to get them access to the house. I followed up last week because they hadn't called her. Today I had her call them because they still hadn't called. Lance told her that he isn't interested in working with a real estate agent and was very rude. I called to find out what was going on and they told me they were all booked up. I've wasted 2 weeks approaching a closing date on the sale of my home waiting for these jokers to do their job.
