Victor and the others at 24/7 Electric do great work. They are very responsive, communicative, and respectful. We explained the electrical work we needed done during our kitchen remodel, and he was quick to understand the scope and come up with a plan. All along the way, during both visits, Victor talked through the plan, progress and next steps so we always felt comfortable and confident. We found their pricing fair for all the work done and above & beyond service provided. We will definitely recommend Victor and 24/7 Electric & Plumbing.

Hooray for a company that actually shows up on time! Thank you Mr. Electric for also hiring personable employees who are easy to talk to and make you feel comfortable in your own home...that's a huge plus for this stay-at-home mama. These humans SAVED OUR ELECTRIC BUTTS!!!!! Our house literally almost burned down after the city came to install one of their, manditorily, new smart meters. We woke up to a burning smell and no electricity to half the house. The city came cut the line that fed us from the street in the dead of winter. Enter Expert Electric! They came in speedily with thier creativity and know how. Solutions were agreed upon and the work was done.
Since then we have engaged their services for our ductless heater and electric car charger.
Simply can not recommend them enough.

I had an outdoor leaky faucet replaced. Trevor and Daniel did an awesome job. They were on time, very professional, and had my faucet along with some new pipe behind the wall in the garage installed in about 1 hour. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Their truck was well stocked, clean, and super organized with everything needed for service and repairs imaginable. I would highly recommend Seatown Electric Plumbing Heating and Air.

Update to this review: 4 months later and these folks continue to amaze me! We'd had a couple very minor miscommunications recently, so I sent an email clarifying our needs and asking if our company could change anything about our process to improve scheduling with Kemly.

Rather than emailing me back, I got a lovely phone call with clarification on their side, and we finished with a much clearer picture of how best to work together moving forward.

It is SO RARE in this day and age to find anybody, whether an individual or a company, that is actually open to an honest and direct conversation about how to improve a relationship rather than passive-aggressive brush-offs.

I love this company, but let me say they have never done any work for me PERSONALLY. My work uses them for almost everything from moving outlets to complete rewires on home remodels, and I always appreciate that Kemly does their best to accommodate our unpredictable schedule.

The work is always great, but what I really love is Kemly's honesty and willingness to communicate. If we have questions or find that we misunderstood each other, everyone from the business owner to the office staff to the field crew is easy to communicate with, honest, and straightforward. They absolutely do their best to be the best, and I think they're fabulous at it.

In this day and age, it means everything to work with a company who holds themselves accountable and will always help you do the research and figure out whatever you need. I always look forward to scheduling Kemly; frankly it's usually the easiest part of my job!

Hands down the best electricians! I was nervous as a new homeowner and only going off reviews, but these are the right guys! Ed and his team came to review my project and quote me before doing the work. They showed up on time, finished and didn't waste ANY of my time or money. The ceiling fan and new light look fantastic! I will FOR SURE be calling them again soon.

I didn't care to quote anyone else, but to me, this seemed like a fair price considering they also provided parts and had to go into my scary attic to find a connection. Thank you Benchmark! 10/10!

I have used Exact Electric a number of times for various projects and problems on my home. Its always easy. Zach is super nice and knowledgeable, his guys are efficient and polite and friendly. They know their stuff and are growing a great organization. I have been so happy with them I have referred them to my clients and their experiences have been great too. So there you have it: easy to use, know their electrical stuff and great value!

After installing new siding on our home, we had an issue where a circuit breaker would constantly trip. This left us with no power to 1.5 of our 3 bedrooms. Within 48hrs, OHM was able to come on-site (free) and produce a quote to troubleshoot the issue. Not only did they provide the most detailed estimate of the contractors we had come on-site, Alfred also greatly impressed us with his willingness to explain the process and answer any questions.

A week later, we had Chris and Justin at our house performing the troubleshooting. Just like with Alfred, they were on time, extremely polite/professional, and very responsive to all of our questions, including some that extended beyond the current issue at hand. Alfred also stopped by halfway through the service call and was able to give us an impromptu walk-through of potential additional options to address a separate, underlying concern Chris and Justin had found. However, Alfred was also very pragmatic in making sure we didn't take on unnecessary cost/work as he actively sought to understand what our actual needs/goals would be in order to determine if the additional work was necessary. Oh, and did I fail to mention they found the issue and fixed it in the same visit, not causing us to incur any additional charges from the troubleshooting quote (aside from materials)? =)

Overall, they were great, well priced, and very customer-centric. If/when we have any future electrician needs, we will be reaching back out to OHM and happily recommending them to others.

*NOTE: Our home is from the '40s with a LOT of unique electrical design choices that OHM had to overcome, further adding value to the service they provided!

Larry and his team is professional and explains in detail what needs to be done accurately and being cost effective. They have worked on various projects in our home and will trust no one else! His confidence and knowledge gave me peace of mind the job would be done well and accurately. I'll definitely recommend him and his team for any of our electrical needs. Great work, thank you!

They responded to my call quickly and came to evaluate the issue within 2 hours and replaced the breaker panel next day. Especially it was during the home stay order due to the COVID-19 by governor and it was really difficult to hold of other companies.. So it was nice that I was able to take care the issue right away instead of waiting the governor to clear the order. Yes, the price was not cheap if you compare to the average cost of replacing the panel but I had no choice to shop around to look for other companies. The issue was solved next day and not need to worry about the issue anymore which is very nice.
