2Sons answered on 2nd ring the person gave her name and asked rather than tell me for hold to determine a time. A technician was at my house within 2 hours. Afterall 2 is their trademark. Alex was a delight, while waiting to cycle my washer to determine drain problem, we had a nice conversation. He was able to tell me what was NOT my flood problem and then tell me what it WAS gave me a quote which was reasonable and fixed it yes, in about 2 hours. I asked for a few cards because I will refer them to friends.

The electrician was on time and explained all of the options for installing the charger. They did not charge a destination fee (unlike other electricians) and also gave me a much more reasonable quote than other electricians. They installed the charger (Juice Box) without issue. Very happy with the service from Alive Electrician.

George came over to our house within a day to fix our broken light fixture that was hanging from the ceiling. He was a very professional and knowledgeable electrician!

Brennan electrics is a great shop to work with. We used them for electrical services in remodeling our kitchen, dining, and living room. A decently complex job (for me), but they made quick work of it. They ask a lot of questions to make sure they gave us our vision and told us the process as we went. The whole job took 4-5 visits (because of us), but Joe and crew were accommodating and flexible when needed (I broke ankle half way through so we didn't have the backsplash done in time), they worked around it. Really great team!

Energy Technologies was subcontracted by our HVAC installer to put in a dedicated circuit for our ductless system. Erick Gonzalez did an excellent job. He was friendly, communicative, and the finished product is clean.

First a 3 hour last minute reschedule, then a complete No Show....thanks for wasting the time of 3 people with jobs who took time off to be there and seemingly not caring one bit. Also-FYI-the Call Center setup you have is not very personable or good to deal with....it’s is also just too much. You seem to not care at all about a mutually respectful relationship with your customers. Good to know.

When it comes to electrical problems I don't even want to think about what to or what the problem is so I call Mister Sparky every time I have an electrical issue and they always show up when they say they will, none of that between 9 and 3 bologna. I always know I can relax when I call Mister Sparky.
