The price is not transparent. They charge me 2,000+ for 2 hours work. It is overrated instead of being affordable. Be sure to compare the price with the other plumbing companies.

Fraud! Do not use this company! My husband Johnnie requested a quote to repair a wood stove fireplace in or basement. We were not home initially when they arrived but our cousin let them in. My husband arrived 15 mins later and the fireplace was lit and running. We signed the paperwork hoping the issue was fixed correctly (although it was supposedly fixed before we agreed to have them fix it). When the two guys left we turned off the wood stove and it would not restart l. My husband then called the older guy back who supposedly fixed it and he said the Igniter was working when he left. He asked us to throw a match inside to light it. Hmmmm that’s why they “repaired” it so fast before we arrived. They never fixed the igniter, they started it with a match and pretended like it was fixed to steal our $179.00.

We are very grateful we found Energy Technologies. They removed our old oil burning furnace and installed a top line heat pump and air handler for heating and cooling. They did a thorough assessment of our needs and explained all the possible options and costs. They worked long hours to get the equipment installed and the electrical work completed and connected so we now have cool air as we enter our 2nd unprecedented heat wave of the summer. Thank you Al, Hap, Darsey, Alexi, Eric, Andres and Martin, you are all great and we appreciate you!

It was good to finally find an electrical company that was willing to work with me on dealing with the creative solutions that I'm still finding by the previous owner. Eugene is a delight to talk with. If you are looking for quick service, he's always willing to have someone come out within a day or two. The last company I tried to work with not only took weeks to respond, but installed some less-than-quality parts. Not Reign City Electric. Mike took one look at the previous work and thought the receptacles were decades old when, in fact, that work was done barely a year ago. Now I know who to call when I'm ready and able to install, say, a car charging port. They gave me a reasonable estimate and made sure to get good parts as needed... without trying to upsell. I just got solar installed, but that didn't deter them like another company I tried to get a quote from (even though my job didn't need to even touch that system at all). They were patient with me, too, because I did have to call them out again when the creative system tried to migrate the problem. But they knew how to get us back to code and now things are working great!

If there is one thing they can improve upon, it might be some communication. On the one hand, their use of technology works well and offers very fast results. But sometimes, there were some good old fashioned kinds of contact that could have helped. We had a temporary mix-up when it came to invoices, and it would have been good to get a phone call when the electrician came to do the work so I could answer the door. But they had to work with my issues as well, and in the end everything worked out. Lessons for us both.

They deserve top stars. The peace of mind alone is worth it.

I had a great experience with Pete, Marquise and Rasa. I bought a house in Everett in May that was built in 1910. The house had 4 rooms that had ungrounded 2 prong outlets, and what I originally thought was only a little bit of remaining knob and tube wiring. Once the team realized how much of a mess the wiring was in my house, they recommended a full rewiring be done (I had a lot more live knob and tube and splicing galore). The team didn't charge me the full rate for their first visit, even though they were here for 8 hours instead of 2- 3. I ended up also upgrading my electrical panel, all for a very fair rate. They managed to do all of this in 4 days. One day for the panel upgrade and the other 3 for the full rewire. They were fast, efficient, professional, and quick to respond. They even went out of their way to help me mount my new TV on the wall, which I was just asking their advice for. These guys will go out of their way to make you a happy customer, and I would highly recommend them to everyone.

They also get bonus points for putting up with my dog and being so nice to him. He's a big dog and can get pretty excited, but they didn't mind letting him follow them around. They even brought him treats. Hank will miss these guys and all the pets they brought him!

These folks are really good! We did a ceiling fan install which many other electricians had walked away from due to it's complicated nature. They are very prompt with absolutely great customer service. Our electrician was Paul Morell who I highly recommend. Knowledgeable and did a thorough and clean job.

We have used Seatown for both electric and plumbing services and were happy with the work done.We had a plumbing issue and Jacob and Daniel were able to quickly diagnose the problem and were upfront about pricing and effort needed to fix. Very happy with the level of service, professionalism and overall result. 5/5!

Jon has done quite a few jobs at my place. I got a new furnace and heat pump from another company and Jon put in the new circuit in an outbuilding. He also has upgraded outlets and fixtures other electricians haven't been able to do (1964 home). He's a really skilled electrician, friendly, and professional. He wears a mask on the job and even gave me a couple of the W.E. masks with filters!

They did a great job installing a generator feed box and interlock system on my home. Five stars!
