I had an excellent experience with Raincap on some electrical work that needed to take place in our home. Their lead electrician, Bryce, is professional, knowledgeable, friendly and communicative. He gave us a fair estimate and was very honest regarding the scope of work that needed to be done. The two electricians, Pete and Josh, were also efficient, polite and knowledgeable. In addition, they followed COVID guidelines appropriately. We'll definitely use them again if we have further needs and I'd recommend them to anyone requiring an electrician.

Incredible service. Late in the day emergency call - no heat, half the power out, in the middle of winter. Mike was on his way home but drove back to fix the system. Had to call another company to get the part. Nothing short of amazing!

We needed electrical heating vents repaired and had gotten either the runaround or ghosted entirely by many other businesses all winter, leaving us with a very cold main floor. Exact Electric was the only company that continued to respond to our initial request. They were booked pretty far out but at this point we would take what we could get so we got on the schedule. Luckily they kept their word about looking out for earlier availability they could get for us and let us know about a cancellation so we were able to have them come out much sooner than expected, within about a week of initially signing our contract.
We were a little nervous about the required minimum hours as we weren't sure how long the repair would take but they did end up using enough of it that it wasn't an issue. And we'd rather have the repairs done than continue waiting who knows how long.
The repairman was a bit late but he did call us to let us know so I don't hold it against him since we were kept in the loop. Repairs were completed and cleaned up same-day, including vacuuming up any dust and patching the wall where an older, larger thermostat used to be. The only thing left to us, understandably so, is to paint the new patched area.
Invoice was sent some days later via email and very easy to pay online.
Ultimately happy with the work they did, and appreciative of them looking out for windows in their schedule for us and letting us know when they were running late. Very professional in all aspects.
