George came over to our house within a day to fix our broken light fixture that was hanging from the ceiling. He was a very professional and knowledgeable electrician!

They arrived on time and were very professional about all the aspects of our new furnace, air conditioning, and coil. At the end of their work day, Jim explained in great detail what had been done with all the electrical. We passed inspection the next morning in a breeze!

What I like most about Energy Technologies is that they don't have a one size fits all approach to estimating. They are able and willing to adapt to the circumstances at hand. Great approach!

They explained everything that they were doing, and they made sure that I was comfortable with the process. I am happy with the results.

Joe was great to work with. He helped diagnose potential issues over the phone to narrow down the cause of our GFCI outlet tripping after we bought a new refrigerator. I was then able to replace a faulty outlet to resolve the issue and save an on-site visit. I would certainly recommend and use Smart Electric in the future.

6/24/2022 Update: We had such a great experience with Seatown Electric a few months ago that when our hot water heater appeared to be leaking we immediately got ahold of them. We had another great experience with this company and absolutely recommend them to anyone with electrical, heating or plumbing needs. The communication from every aspect of the job is handled so well, from the initial service desk response to their fabulous technicians, everyone is prompt, and professional, but with such a friendly quality, you immediately feel like you are in the hands of folks who care deeply about the quality of their work. Adrian and Jeremy were amazing technicians, who helped deal with the old warrenty and walked us through every aspect of our issue. They were considerate of our home even dealing with the tight spaces under which they had to do their work. We have had to replace our hot water heater a few times but have never had as smooth a process as with the Seatown team. Thank you, Seatown, for providing such great service and for building such quality teams. We needed an electrician to help us with our circuit breaker panel. Marvin was fast to respond and was able to get out to help us quickly. Price was reasonable and friendly service.

The electrician was very professional in making sure he was diagnosing the problem correctly and when the replacement part was not available, he went ahead and fixed it for me, and even dropped it off the next day! I really appreciated his helpfulness and professionalism. He really took the extra step to help me fix the problem!

This is a phenomenal team of folks who know their stuff! We had them install a back-up generator and they did such a clean and professional job! Everything was as per plan, they call you every year to remind you of the annual service, and the peace of mind knowing that your family doesn't have to worry is priceless. Economy Wiring replaced our ancient fuse box with a fully modern breaker box, including an exterior emergency shut off and an exterior outlet. Their employees were extremely courteous and respectful of our property. They did everything possible to minimize the need for drywall repairs, left VERY LITTLE mess, and even remembered to protect my dogs by closing the gate behind them, even if they were just going to their truck for a minute. They were also very friendly and polite when asking for access to a closet or other space. They showed up on time, and worked efficiently and quickly. I was completely comfortable having them in my house and will call them again in the future.

Clowns!!!! My wife had called Mister Sparky twice to schedule an appointment to have our house evaluated in order to receive a quote for removing the existing knob and tube wiring. First off, the person representing their company on the phone had no concept of what knob and tube even was. Then, they asked us to call back since they were not in the office. After calling back, we were unable to schedule an agreed upon appointment time, so we moved onto another electrical company. This morning I received a call from a Mister Sparky electrician asking if they could come to the house earlier than our scheduled time... Again, we were never able to schedule an appointment due to the inadequacy of their front desk. I already had another electrical company coming out, so I could not accommodate Mister Sparky and told them about our scheduling experience. This afternoon I received a call from their office saying that they show no record of my wife even calling. Hmmmm??? If my wife never called, how did their electrician magically get my phone number and address and know that we happened to be in need of electrical work? Maybe they should get into psychic work instead! This company needs to get their act together-- starting with their scheduler. As an Architect, there are plenty of other good electrical companies I would recommend.

Ripped off my co-worker $1,000.

English isn't her first language and she is older, but all she needed done was to adjust the plug on a new stove she had received. This stove is equipped to be converted so the job shouldn't have taken more than an hour otherwise. They also claimed that they had done the conversions many times before.
They did not do it right the first time, and charged her again for the second visit.
This place is obviously a scam when you can company.
Do not use them. Save the harassment and your money.

Although very knowledgeable, I was very sad with their service. The guys and the company itself are really nice, but the job we requested was never actually finished.

My girlfriend's mom had them come to her house to fix their heaters in one of the rooms that wasn't working. She paid for the service and they came out to the house.

The problem is that the heater itself was never actually fully fixed. In other words, they came to the house, but never really finished the job because the heater wasn't working.

After calling them multiple times to get them back out here, they somehow never answered the phone.

In conclusion, be weary.

Larry and his team is professional and explains in detail what needs to be done accurately and being cost effective. They have worked on various projects in our home and will trust no one else! His confidence and knowledge gave me peace of mind the job would be done well and accurately. I'll definitely recommend him and his team for any of our electrical needs. Great work, thank you!
