I called to report a problem at 330pm and they were out by 415pm. I had what ended up being an issue with the generator breaker box that I didn't realize (haven't had a generator before). Awesome job, professional, friendly and insightful.

excellent company. Al Namazi is a most helpful and flexible owner, and his employee Martin, who did a furnace check-up for me, was great---thorough, efficient, friendly, and gave me a lot of very useful information. they are my go-to company for all furnace needs from now on.

The electrician was professional and able to detect the problem we had and installed the correct outdoor lighting. We are pleased with the work and will definitely use them again.

This group is the real deal - Cecil and his guys really know what they are going. They did a rather complicated panel upgrade and relocation/rewiring project for us as well as a circuit addition for our laundry room. BEST exceeded our expectations on every front! The job turned out to be an enormous grueling effort over the course of two 12-hour days (a very old house that was long overdue for an electrical upgrade), and the whole team was extremely thorough, professional, and courteous the entire time. Cecil was also very proactive in pushing for permitting from the city, organizing inspections, establishing temporary power, and generally making the whole experience as painless as possible for us. He was also very honest and up-front with quotes as well and kept to it even when things turned out more difficult. A few minor things went wrong (as expected from a job of this scale) but they did everything in their power to make things right even after I had paid (for example coming back to fix up some minor drywall damage they missed and offering to pay for a hotel when the job progress left us briefly without power). Overall, a 10/10 experience.

Fixed the problem but was very condescending

Matt came out during a plumbing emergency we were having and was incredibly knowledgeable and efficient in determining the solution resolving it quickly.Since that issue, I have gone back to Matt many times for other issues I have had across the various properties I own and manage. Matt has been responsive every time. Even so far as to answering my call on weekends and once when he was in Disneyland with his family!!Anyone who is lucky enough to get him on a service call will not be disappointed!!!

I can see clearly now that Joshua repaired the lighting in my kitchen and dining room!

We renovated our kitchen ourselves recently and spent much time looking for an electrician to do the wiring aspects. We got several quotes from various companies but went with Electric Co of Seattle and are so pleased we did. They gave us a quote via email that was way more reasonable than other quotes, and overall communicated quickly and directly. I had several other electricians come out to do quotes in person but they kept trying to sell us things we didn't need and did not give straight answers to many questions I had. When Brian from Electric Co of Seattle arrived on the day, he was prompt, courteous, and thoroughly talked through what we wanted before beginning the work. He was efficient and detail oriented when doing our new wiring, and was patient and enthusiastic in educating us about what he was doing and the generals of caring for the electric in our home. As a newer homeowner, I am always looking for professionals who not only do great work- but are trustworthy, communicate clearly, and believe in educating the homeowner. Brian was all of those things- a wonderful human being and excellent electrician. I will definitely be calling Brian and Electric Co of Seattle for our future electrical needs! I highly recommend this company.

Needed help with an emergency electrical issue. They came out same-day and were able to get the job done. If you are looking for an emergency electrician in Seattle who knows their stuff, give them a call.

What an awesome company! My son works at Microsoft and had an urgent deadline to hit when we lost electricity. Not only did he show up after hours, but he showed me how to fix the issue myself (loose wire on a circuit that connected multiple lights and plugs) if it ever happens again. He was patient, knowledgeable, and very customer service oriented. I highly recommend them!!

Jeff and Ben rewired our 1924 home, ridding it of all knob and tube and we couldn’t be happier. They took great care in minimizing damage to our walls, significantly less than what we expected and what we were told by other contractors.

We looked for an electrician who not only had extensive experience with wiring older homes, but also a history of positive reviews; Seattle Today Electricians met both of these criteria.

Each day they were great in cleaning up work areas, as well as answering all our questions and keeping us informed if they found any areas Jeff felt needed more attention; he is very knowledgeable.

I appreciated the care they took in being aware of out two indoor cats as they entered and exited our home while working, never once did a cat escape.

Andrea is also great in scheduling and facilitating a smooth project. During this time I had many medical appointments; she made sure our inspection accommodated my appointments.

We felt very comfortable with them, there were times we left them alone in our home with no concerns.

Our inspection passed with no issues. Jeff will be our go to electrician moving forward for all our electrical needs; we highly recommend him and Ben.

Clowns!!!! My wife had called Mister Sparky twice to schedule an appointment to have our house evaluated in order to receive a quote for removing the existing knob and tube wiring. First off, the person representing their company on the phone had no concept of what knob and tube even was. Then, they asked us to call back since they were not in the office. After calling back, we were unable to schedule an agreed upon appointment time, so we moved onto another electrical company. This morning I received a call from a Mister Sparky electrician asking if they could come to the house earlier than our scheduled time... Again, we were never able to schedule an appointment due to the inadequacy of their front desk. I already had another electrical company coming out, so I could not accommodate Mister Sparky and told them about our scheduling experience. This afternoon I received a call from their office saying that they show no record of my wife even calling. Hmmmm??? If my wife never called, how did their electrician magically get my phone number and address and know that we happened to be in need of electrical work? Maybe they should get into psychic work instead! This company needs to get their act together-- starting with their scheduler. As an Architect, there are plenty of other good electrical companies I would recommend.

Kemly did extensive electrical work for us recently, requiring three separate visits. Paul, the electrician who did the work, was simply outstanding. He worked non-stop, he was a great communicator, and his work was of the highest quality. The staff at Kemly with whom I spoke were consistently polite and thoughtful. And the cost for all the work they did was very reasonable. Kemly is who I will choose from now on for any electrical work that I need. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

Exact Electric installed 5 ceiling lights and a ceiling fan for us. They were on time, professional and did a great job. The communication along the way from booking of the appointment to the day of was great.

just talked to these guys. they wanted $79 just to show up. I asked if it would then go towards the job. Nope! I don't even know them or the price, why would I just give them $79? Hey said, dude it costs $100 for a piece of plywood. obviously we are not a good fit. good bye.

Scheduled an appointment to address a serious electrical problem - they told us 12:30 to 1:30 arrival. No word by 3pm. Called them at 3, and they said the guy would arrive at 4. At 5 the electrician called us to say that someone would contact us the next day to reschedule.

Short story: I wasted a day at home waiting for an electrician who never came. The need to reschedule is understandable and acceptable, but not after I've waited at home the entire day. At 2 or even 2:30pm, you should have already called us to explain that he would be late or to reschedule. I will post this as a warning to others to avoid your company.
