I had my clothes dryer inspected for an issue and they gave an immediate appointment followed by a quick review of the parts and found the issue

Mr. Electric scheduled an appointment to meet me at 8:30AM in the morning. They were a no show. When I called, they told me their electricians were tied up at other jobs. The woman I spoke with was rude and unapologetic. I asked why they did not call me to let me know and she just said “What do you want me to do? I can’t just pull them off of other jobs.”

They answered my question and figure out what I want and succeeded, great service overall.

Alfred and everyone at Brennan has been great to work with. They installed a heat pump and replaced the air handler in our house, and a mini split in our mother in law apt. The work was on time and looks great. I apologize to them for not moving the paving stones far enough out of their way to install the mini split. Our experience has left us with no doubt that we can entrust Brennan with any jobs within their scope of practice!!

We are very grateful we found Energy Technologies. They removed our old oil burning furnace and installed a top line heat pump and air handler for heating and cooling. They did a thorough assessment of our needs and explained all the possible options and costs. They worked long hours to get the equipment installed and the electrical work completed and connected so we now have cool air as we enter our 2nd unprecedented heat wave of the summer. Great experience with the company. Technician Jay came out for the inspection and bid. Jim in the office got me the bid the next day and we scheduled the work out for the next week. Jay arrived first thing in the morning to replace my whole panel and install a generator hook up. He was very fast and efficient, and walked me through the process of hooking up my generator. Great company to work with and will use again in the future!

This group is the real deal - Cecil and his guys really know what they are going. They did a rather complicated panel upgrade and relocation/rewiring project for us as well as a circuit addition for our laundry room. BEST exceeded our expectations on every front! The job turned out to be an enormous grueling effort over the course of two 12-hour days (a very old house that was long overdue for an electrical upgrade), and the whole team was extremely thorough, professional, and courteous the entire time. Cecil was also very proactive in pushing for permitting from the city, organizing inspections, establishing temporary power, and generally making the whole experience as painless as possible for us. He was also very honest and up-front with quotes as well and kept to it even when things turned out more difficult. A few minor things went wrong (as expected from a job of this scale) but they did everything in their power to make things right even after I had paid (for example coming back to fix up some minor drywall damage they missed and offering to pay for a hotel when the job progress left us briefly without power). Overall, a 10/10 experience.

Probably the best home contractor experience I've had. Good listeners, clear communication, up-to-date knowledge, deep experience, a passion for creatively solving problems and respectful of clients. Its not every day you can find all that in one company. Everyone I've connected with there - Joe, Keith, Jenny - has been great.

Very happy with their work. Had 1920s house rewired which included removing all the knob and tube wiring. They showed up on time and there was very little disruption while they worked. They even got along with Sage my Pug dog. Thanks again.

I'm a general contractor in West Seatttle and I use Electrician's Today for all my residential work. Jeff's vast knowledge electricity, and of all facets of construction, makes him invaluable on my projects. Jeff's team is top notch and will undoubtedly make you happy you called!

Had these guys restore power to my water heater after the wiring went out. Apparently, these professional electricians aren't aware that large appliances require dedicated circuits, so they just tapped into another circuit, which was already loaded with an entire room (multiple outlets, lights, small appliances, etc.). Now I can't use my water heater or anything else on this circuit. To fix it? Oh, they only want about $1000 more. Already paid them $600 to come in and screw up the circuitry in my house. Just do it yourself or go somewhere else. These guys are inept and lack integrity.

I was very impressed with Alex's work and customer service. He did an excellent job and the price was very fair.

I can not say enough about this company and more specifically about Derrick Salazar. This was not an easy problem. Derrick came to my house and went after it. I am not an easy customer.
