WE WERE VERY HAPPY WITH THE YOUNG MAN THAT CAME OUT TO OUR HOME AND GAVE US AN ESTIMATE ON THE PLUMBING JOB THAT NEEDS DOING. WE ARE FINDING THE FINANCING FOR THE JOB AND LOOKING FORWARD TO GETTING IT DONE . WE HAD TALKED TO OTHEROUTFITS AND THIS ONE IS THE MOST REASONABLE . WILL TELL MORE WHEN THE JOB IS DONE. Requested a quote to do a furnace replacement and add air conditioning. The second person we talked with said they would call even if the owner did not want to do the work. Clerk lady said owner would offer some alternative people to bid the job if they passed on it. Week plus later no response or call back as promised. Don't waste your time with this company.

It was an amazing experience working with Joe from Smart Electric. Joe is a consummate pro who will give you straight talk for what you need as well as what is most important. I never felt pressure when working with Smart Electric, which means a great deal with projects as stressful and as expensive as electrical work. I was fully confident that Joe knew his stuff and knew what was best for my individual project. Beyond that, Joe was timely and courteous every day of the job.

My project was not an easy project: a 1920s house with a mixture of modern wiring and knob and tube (with many lines being a mixture of both). Joe and his crew were able to tackle the full 3 story rewire (including installing a new state-of-the-art box with arc faults) in an impressive amount of time. I sleep better at night knowing I had an incredibly professional team updating our wiring.

I doubt I will ever need electrical work done again after the amazing job they did, but if I do, I'll be sure to call up Smart Electric.

I have used this company for multiple things in my home. They’re top notch! Always on time and respectful of kids animals and belongings. They get things done in a timely manner and not too expensive either.

I've used Ed and his services before. He is professional and knowledgeable, this is the only company I call if I have any kind of an electrical problem and need a fix or have a question. He just quickly fixed a problem switch for me yesterday.

Jon has done quite a few jobs at my place. I got a new furnace and heat pump from another company and Jon put in the new circuit in an outbuilding. He also has upgraded outlets and fixtures other electricians haven't been able to do (1964 home). He's a really skilled electrician, friendly, and professional. He wears a mask on the job and even gave me a couple of the W.E. masks with filters!

Happy repeat customer about 4 times over, I always call Exact Electric when I want a job done well.
