Best Generator Installation in Seattle WA

I had posted a 1 star review due to cancellation of an appointment which was urgent to me (3 smoke detectors failing and screaming Fire! in the middle of the night and chirping low battery all day despite brand new batteries.)
The owner, Jim Kleiser, contacted me, determined to make things right.
He did.
Technician Scott came over after hours and did an excellent job of putting in new alarms.
This is a sign of a great company, active in resolving issues and keeping customers.

Jim and Lamin fixed an outage at my house quickly and well. They first tried to discover the problem quickly but, when that failed, came back promptly and did a more detailed analysis requiring a wiring mapping and were able to return us to working order with minimal fuss. Seem to be good guys too. I only don’t give them a five-star rating because I don’t give that rating.

Excellent communication and service. Al received my referral from PSE and called me the same day. Tech gave me a quote the next day, and I had a new furnace installed the day after. Price was good. Technicians were professional, skilled, courteous, tidy and thorough. Fine service all around!

When it comes to electrical problems I don't even want to think about what to or what the problem is so I call Mister Sparky every time I have an electrical issue and they always show up when they say they will, none of that between 9 and 3 bologna. I always know I can relax when I call Mister Sparky.

I setup an initial consultation/quotation visit with these guys as I needed to get power outside our house to install a security camera. Dave arrived on time to discuss my project and was extremely professional and friendly. We identified three options, including drilling into the house from the outside and junctioning into the existing electrical network, installing a new external outlet, or wiring the camera into our garage where we have existing outlets. He walked me through the pros and cons of each option and was very candid in his assessment. He then suggested the third option as being the easiest and least intrusive/expensive. Even though the appointment was just an initial visit and not actually when the work was to be performed, he ended up helping me out and finishing the installation free of charge as a neighborly gesture. I was very impressed and would highly recommend anyone to consult with them for electrical needs. I'll certainly call them again if I need something in the future!

I am writing this review immediately after the electrician has come and gone.1. I contacted Eco electrical to request service on a chandelier replacement in my 13 foot high staircase. (I can’t do this, nor do I have the skillset – hence my call)2. I called explicitly (EXPLICITLY!) for the electrician to bring the proper ladder to do the job.3. I measured with the call rep on the phone how tall the ceilings were and asked 3 to 4 times to make sure they come prepared.4. I was assured they would come prepared with the right ladder and tools.5. Service was scheduled at a time I had to leave work and meet themHey – guess what? They didn’t come prepared. The electrician looked at the job and said he was not sure he had the right ladder. He also mentioned that the ladder that would work was on another job site. The other electrician could deliver it, but it would be about an hour.I let the electrician know this was frustrating after I was explicit in my directions. He apologized, but what was he going to do?NOPE.Look elsewhere for help.

Great friendly customer service and their rates are one of the most reasonable rates in Greater Seattle area. I highly recommend them and will use them for any sort of electrical contracting needs.

Repair a leaky spigot on our patio. Punctual and so professional and considerate. Explained the work and showed us exactly what they did. Laid down towels for their toolboxes so our carpet would stay clean. Put on booties while inside the house. Vacuumed up the drywall mess. Left a card for a recommended handyman to do the drywall repair. Clear communication all the way through.

I've found the folks at Neighborhood Electric to be very knowledgeable. They've been around a long time and have a great reputation, and their electrical contracting pricing is really fair compared to others in the area.
