I contacted JC Green Energy and Jesus immediately took my call, listened to the problem, and said he could respond the next morning. An hour before the time we agreed, he texted me to say he was on his way and would arrived as scheduled. Jesus was right on time, he was professional, reassuring, and wore a well fitting mask correctly. He did a careful evaluation, diagnosed the problem, and replaced the failed GFI outlet. I was grateful the for the timely and competent service. It was more expensive than I expected, but to have someone respond so quickly and complete the repair the next day was excellent.

They were on time, courteous, put down a drop cloth so the carpet didn't get dirty. They cleaned up inside and out when they were finished and went over all the components with me(the ones that were not in the attic). They were fantastic!

Garrett and his team went the extra mile! We had an emergency issue with what turned out to be our very old service drop and meter. It was arcing, half the house had power while the other didn't. Yikes. But Garrett came out the same day to diagnose the problem, replaced the needed parts, handled everything in a safe and professional manner and at reasonable price. I cannot tell whether they would do a good job or not, because they have been unresponsive. An elderly family member was confused about the overall cost of the solar panel installation, and is now stuck with a 20-year loan that they cannot pay. The family member was introduced to this company through a popular ad that made false claims about the cost of the installation of the solar panels. Now, Electrical Systems Solutions dba Solar Pros is poised to benefit from the false ad that appears to drive traffic to the company. We would like to resolve this matter amicably but the main operator(s) have refused to respond so far. Beware!

I'm selling a house in Lake Forest Park that needs a few small electrical projects taken care of. Two weeks ago I contacted Seattle Electric to have them get in touch with my real estate agent for scheduling because I live a few hours away and she was going to get them access to the house. I followed up last week because they hadn't called her. Today I had her call them because they still hadn't called. Lance told her that he isn't interested in working with a real estate agent and was very rude. I called to find out what was going on and they told me they were all booked up. I've wasted 2 weeks approaching a closing date on the sale of my home waiting for these jokers to do their job.
