We had a great experience with everyone over at All Wire Electric.

Anthony who came out to give us a quote was on time and was able to send us a quote that covered all the items/tasks we wanted to have completed accurately. Later as we adjusted the items which were completed, he sent us revised invoices promptly.

Grace at the office side was always very pleasant and timely in her responses.

We especially liked Mark, the technician, who diligently completed all the items on our list to our satisfaction and in a timely manner. Each day he was at the house, he made sure to clean up after the work day was over and he listened to our concerns and needs. He even helped with reinserting the plugs in the walls/ceiling where he had cut holes to fish wiring through which is a great help to us for repairing the drywall later.

We'll definitely be contacting All Wire for any future electrical needs.

Hooray for a company that actually shows up on time! Thank you Mr. Electric for also hiring personable employees who are easy to talk to and make you feel comfortable in your own home...that's a huge plus for this stay-at-home mama. Found this place doing a random search of plumbers in the area. Have been pleased with interacting with the office and very, very highly recommend Brandon. He knows his stuff, has been a joy to chat with, and problem solves through the small issues really well. Not worried about the quality of the work at all.Would recommend to others.

They did so TERRIBLY for us. About a year ago our attic fan went out, and we hired them to replace it. They did, and it has never once turned on. Best I can tell, they just didn't understand what they were doing. After a few months, and we realized it legitimately had NEVER turned on after the install, they came out to repair it, and said it worked perfectly. Cue another few months wait, and we finally convinced them (in December) that it wasn't working. They told us they had a part on order, but things were taking a long time. We waited until mid-January and hassled them again until they committed to coming February 6th. Feb 6th came and went, and now they won't return my phone calls or emails.

George came over to our house within a day to fix our broken light fixture that was hanging from the ceiling. He was a very professional and knowledgeable electrician!

They answered my question and figure out what I want and succeeded, great service overall.

Don’t waste your time. They scheduled an appointment for estimate to change out an outlet for range conversion, technician no-showed 1st appointment. When I called the office Kayla informed me Shane had called out sick and she failed to call me to cancel. I gave them another chance, waited 2 weeks for an afternoon appointment and Kayla called me today to reschedule again. I currently have 2 weeks till my appliance delivery and Lander can’t work me in to their schedule leaving me to find another electrician on short notice. Utter waste of time dealing with this firm.

We worked with Tony as our electrician and we had above and beyond service. He was kind and thorough, happy to explain in detail the issues we were having and our possible solutions. He worked seamlessly with his colleagues and office staff to ensure a major and dangerous issue was fixed with all haste. I highly recommend Finish Solar Electrical! One of the circuits blew for the lights in my daughter's room and our bathroom. Darrell was able to identify and fix the problem for a very good price. I could tell that Darrell was committed to making sure the problem was solved and I was happy with the service. I already told my wife that the next time we have an electrical issue (or choose to install solar panels), we're definitely going with Finish Solar Electrical.

Came same day when I was expecting to wait weeks before getting someone out. They figured out my problem and made the necessary repairs, quickly & easily. I will used them again when I finally get an electric car charger installed.

Routine heat pump maintenance. The technician was very professional and thorough. They had a tech in training with them who accidentally broke the heat pump. Tech admitted that it was their mistake and told us they'd be back to replace the part as soon as they had it in stock. It was winter. Temps were in the low 30s. We went three days with no heat. They did return and replaced the part as promised.
The issue was that, later, we received an invoice for $300 for the replacement of the broken part. When I called for clarification, I was told that the invoice was actually for the maintenance they had done on the unit. Fair enough, but I suggested that it would be good business to offer a discount (or waive the fee entirely) since the crew broke our heater in the middle of winter which meant three days with no heat. If you took your car to the mechanic for an oil change, and while they worked on it they broke the head gasket, you would expect them to waive the cost of the oil change, right? Al was outraged that I would suggest such a thing. Told me I was looking for a free ride.
In short, the technicians are very professional but the folks handling the business side could take a few classes on business practices and customer service.

The certified electrician was able to come out and install the outdoor light for me on time and for the price I wanted. They were also very professional and courteous.

This should be a zero star review. My first review did not post, so here's what happened: we ran into an emergency situation where my heater would not run (I have two small boys) I called this company at 12:40 pm. They said a tech would call me. I called back at 1:40 pm, and was told a tech would call me. I called back at 5:30, 6:30 and 9:30. Nothing. I asked them not to come at this point.
I called this company back this morning hoping they would, make right what was wrong, a quote from their responses to these reviews Instead I was told, we're not going to be doing work for you. We don't work on Sundays. Well their answering service told me they did. So please, for your own sanity go elsewhere. These guys are absolutely awful, and beyond rude, in fact Tyler told me I

I was reccomended to Mister Sparky from one of my buddies. I just moved to Seattle so and have never needed an electrician before but the guys were great. Really professional and clean. Totally recommend them.
