Could not be more pleased with a water heater replacement.
There is nothing to find fault with the project. Very professional on time and responsive to the needs of the customer. Service tech knew what to do and did not make a rush job out of it to save a few minutes of time. Very happy and impressed with 2 Sons.

I'm writing to highly recommend Brechtech Services for any electrical work you may need. I recently had my electrical panel upgraded and some other electrical work done, and I was very impressed with the service I received.

Marvin was the lead electrician on my project, and he was excellent. He was very communicative and transparent throughout the entire process. He explained everything he was doing in detail, and he was always available to answer my questions. He also made sure to keep my home clean and tidy throughout the project.

Marvin's two employees, Phi and Joseph, were also amazing. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. They treated my home like it was their own, and they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the work.

Here are some specific details about my experience:
- Marvin was very responsive to my initial inquiry. He called me back within the hour to schedule a consultation.
- Marvin came to my home for a free consultation. He took the time to listen to my needs and to explain all of my options.
- Marvin provided me with a detailed estimate. He was very transparent about the pricing, and he explained all of the factors that went into the estimate.
- Marvin, Phi, and Joseph completed the work on time and within budget. They were very efficient, and they cleaned up after themselves.
- I am very happy with the results of the work. The electrical panel is now up to code, and the other electrical work was done flawlessly.

Jeff is awesome. He’s installed several lights for us and recently has come by to check on some minor things that we (stupidly) couldn’t solve ourselves (and was kind enough to not charge us). The scheduler Andrea is great too. We love having a local and dependable electrician available anytime something in our older house comes up. Highly recommend!

We had a great experience with Exact - their estimate for re-wiring and added lighting in a residential home was very competitive when compared with other businesses, they were very responsive, timely, and we appreciated their excellent communication and professionalism. They were consistently on time and on track with the project timeline, were flexible when we requested changes to the project, and we will absolutely work with them again.

Fraud! Do not use this company! My husband Johnnie requested a quote to repair a wood stove fireplace in or basement. We were not home initially when they arrived but our cousin let them in. My husband arrived 15 mins later and the fireplace was lit and running. We signed the paperwork hoping the issue was fixed correctly (although it was supposedly fixed before we agreed to have them fix it). When the two guys left we turned off the wood stove and it would not restart l. My husband then called the older guy back who supposedly fixed it and he said the Igniter was working when he left. He asked us to throw a match inside to light it. Hmmmm that’s why they “repaired” it so fast before we arrived. They never fixed the igniter, they started it with a match and pretended like it was fixed to steal our $179.00.

After installing new siding on our home, we had an issue where a circuit breaker would constantly trip. This left us with no power to 1.5 of our 3 bedrooms. Within 48hrs, OHM was able to come on-site (free) and produce a quote to troubleshoot the issue. Not only did they provide the most detailed estimate of the contractors we had come on-site, Alfred also greatly impressed us with his willingness to explain the process and answer any questions.

A week later, we had Chris and Justin at our house performing the troubleshooting. Just like with Alfred, they were on time, extremely polite/professional, and very responsive to all of our questions, including some that extended beyond the current issue at hand. Alfred also stopped by halfway through the service call and was able to give us an impromptu walk-through of potential additional options to address a separate, underlying concern Chris and Justin had found. However, Alfred was also very pragmatic in making sure we didn't take on unnecessary cost/work as he actively sought to understand what our actual needs/goals would be in order to determine if the additional work was necessary. Oh, and did I fail to mention they found the issue and fixed it in the same visit, not causing us to incur any additional charges from the troubleshooting quote (aside from materials)? =)

Overall, they were great, well priced, and very customer-centric. If/when we have any future electrician needs, we will be reaching back out to OHM and happily recommending them to others.

*NOTE: Our home is from the '40s with a LOT of unique electrical design choices that OHM had to overcome, further adding value to the service they provided!

just talked to these guys. they wanted $79 just to show up. I asked if it would then go towards the job. Nope! I don't even know them or the price, why would I just give them $79? Hey said, dude it costs $100 for a piece of plywood. obviously we are not a good fit. good bye.

Requested a quote for the installation of an outdoor outlet. Zero response. :(
