Ed and his team did a great job! He was super patient walking through the entire process and took a huge load off our plate by working directly with our contractor. The final product came out great and his team was always on time and respectful of our space. Jeff was incredibly helpful in identifying an electrical issue with my home. When the problem became an emergency and hazard, Jeff was on site within the hour to resolve it and restore power. Andrea was also very communicative and helpful in coordinating getting Jeff on site and communicating with the power company. I've had to call PK Electric twice and my experiences with the electricians Eugene and Andy have been positive. I am happy to be able to support a small local business. Also, I feel like their price to value is extremely competitive compared to the bigger chains.

The last two times I have had to call PK Electric, Michelle helped me over the phone to understand my issues and then realized that my problem wasn't really a problem and was sincerely happy to save my money without needing to send an electrician to my home. She could have taken my money and she did what was best for her customer. I really appreciate that she was being honest.

My only recommendation would be improving customer communication and closing the loop. I have had emails gone not responded in the past. If you're stuck in that situation as a customer, please do make sure to call.
