We have used them twice and both times they were awesome. We had a faulty breaker on our panel the first time, they came out and took care of it immediately, on time and very transparent pricing. Second time a different issue (our panel has old breakers) and they came out quickly, but had to return the next day because the breaker style on our panel was difficult to find. I would not hesitate to use them!

Willow Glen Electric is the best. I would use them for all my electrical needs. I specifically used this for the installation of an electric car charger. They provided a professional service from installation through inspection. They communicated with me through the entire process. I highly recommend them!

I can only speak for the communication and not service. I cannot claim they are bad electricians, but the communication is terrible. When you fill out a request online they say they will get back to you in 24 hours. 48 hours later I make another attempt and finally they call. They are very short of words and give me a date to come by and tell me to text them my information. I text it to them and they never show up when they said they would.

Bao really went the extra mile to take pictures of the completed job while I was at work so that I could see the progression and finished product even though I couldn’t be home. And since Bao and his team did such a great job on the EV Charger install, I had him come back a few weeks later to help us install an extra outlet and dimmer switch for our outdoor patio lighting, which also turned out great. It was a superb job. I have used Carlos with Electric Heroes before and both jobs went well. He was capable to make an appointment shortly and showed up a few a minutes early. The job went well, he cleaned up the areas after he completed and made certain I understood how to operate and adjust settings on the automatic lights. Dmitry (and his partner Dmitry!) were just, awesome. They went above and beyond in every way.

I hired ARSEN to add a few outlets and circuits. During the estimate Dmitry went out of his way (1 hr+) to explain the fundamentals of the circuit to be installed and what kind of setup would be needed to support the various devices that would be powered by the new outlets. It was abundantly clear that he understood the nuances of the installation to do it correctly and safely.

Dmitry and Dmitry worked non-stop and finished the install in a day, all while accommodating my questions and specific requests along the way.

Despite a long day of hard work, they still made time at the end to ensure the space was cleaned up properly and that their work was tested thoroughly (and to even do me a favor of drilling a hole for the security camera).
