Finally an electrician that is professional, on time and caring! Few nights ago at 11pm we overworked our outlet causing it to burn...Not sure if it might be smoldering or not I called Jay that late in the evening and before I knew it he was knocking on our door... Jay took care of our situation and cared enough to check throughout the house before leaving making sure we’re at ease nothing could be smoldering! I was sooooo impressed with his professionalism and work, if I could add stars I would! Truly recommend Jay for any electrical problem you may have!!!

I don’t do this often but I just had to say that Drew arrived out today and was an absolute professional! Took his time explaining and was awesome with our dogs. The installation of the new outlet outside went smoothly and didn’t take very long at all. We will for sure be using these guys again because of Drew.

The guys from Hertzfield did some wiring for a new hot tub at our house. They were very thoughtful in their design for the project, responsive, and fairly priced. They also were flexible when we had a delay in the tub's delivery. Will not hesitate to call them again if I ever need electric work again

I had been watching solar prices for years, as the installed cost per kWh dropped year by year. Only recently has the payback on solar systems made sense, but the investment was always out of reach when I got quotes from mainstream solar companies. Then, through our accountant, I was introduced to Idan Ben.

Idan came out, surveyed the site, and provided the quote to us free of charge. Idan's quotes were thorough and detailed, making it very easy to understand not only the installation that was proposed, but also the costs, the payback, and the process of installation. He was never pushy, and never boastful. He didn't sell us... rather he was intent on educating us about the world of solar energy.

Still, I am an electrical engineer... so I have the typical geek fascination with technology, in addition to my practical concerns as a home owner. Idan patiently answered every one of my questions, and was not pushy when I wanted to get additional quotes.

What I found when I started to look at nationally recognized names was that Idan was well below them. In addition, when it came to SREC's (Solar Renewable Energy Credits), Idan had the foresight to invest in them early, and so can offer them to his customers with a very good rate, further reducing the payback.

When I was done looking at it all, the payback was an astonishing 6-7 years, and even assuming no ideal efficiencies do to shading on my property, finally solar made sense! My wife and I debated and pulled the trigger with one condition: We wanted the install completed by the end of the year.

Idan Obliged. He's an apt project manager, and his team was very professional and very efficient installing the system. Though I did not need to be there, I watched the install, as they worked the system, and discovered there was room for two more panels. Could they put them in? No Problem! Not even a delay on the job. The system was online by the end of the year.

After the install was complete, his customer service was phenomenal. His team had handled the net metering agreement as well as the permitting. He delivered me a really nice binder containing all the relevant documentation for the project, which supports tax returns nicely.

If you're looking for outstanding service and reasonable prices, then Main Stream Electric is the place for you. I had a long list of items that needed attention such as install dimmer switch in family room, repair office switch, replace ceiling fan, relocate phone jack, install new exterior sconces--and more! Main Stream took care of it all with professionalism and care. I will definitely use them again if needed.

It was a superb job. I have used Carlos with Electric Heroes before and both jobs went well. He was capable to make an appointment shortly and showed up a few a minutes early. The job went well, he cleaned up the areas after he completed and made certain I understood how to operate and adjust settings on the automatic lights. Terrence has come out several times for various plumbing fixes. time I feel like I’m getting top notch work and I never feel like he’s trying to sell me things I don’t need (this is an dilemma I’ve seen with some technicians from various companies and it leaves a sour taste in my mouth). These guys are awesome in every way! Installed fans, lights, repaired switches and repaired malfunctioning lights. all in a few hours. quality job. and they even cleaned up when they left! really great work!

I'm very pleased with this company. They are dependable and always present when I require them. I am a single mother with two children, and terrible storms occur frequently in my neighborhood. When my power goes out, I call this company, and they have it restored within a few hours.

I worked for this company and it ended up being the worst! One day I get a call from the state and they're wondering why I haven't paid child support for a few months. I sent them my check stubs to show them they made a mistake, only to find out that pacific wasn't sending my money to the state. They have an accountant by the name of katt who claimed she was too busy to do her job. Once I had to get the owners involved I was dismissed and told I wasn't a good fit....even though I was fresh off winning an award. They may or may not know it but several employees are getting ready to sue for commissions not paid. Back in the past they had a guy burning electrical panels just to make a sale. Stay away from this company!
