Did a great job upgrading our homes electrical panel, arrived on time and worked until the job was completed. Very happy with the work they did and would definitely use them again for electrical work. They even provided a generator so that our computers and internet could stay up during the outage. Asked about PET sleeving for wiring I wanted done at my house and was told to go to Home Depot what great customer service.

What a great experience! Jay answered the phone and came by to look at the job (adding a power outlet behind a television on a wall, so the tv cords won't be visible). Jay came up with a way to do it with no wall patch-up work needed, quoted it and got back to me within an hour. He was just finishing another job and fit me in same day! He came when expected, did the job with his partner, cleaned up and moved furniture back. He was very nice and professional and had good ideas about a future project.

Great experience fixing my broken dryer. Fast to reply fast to service excellent company

Staff are awesome.

Hired company to install a controller for existing LED Tape. Technician did not realize that LED Tape already had electric connected to it (though I repeated it at least four times) and installed additional DC voltage going into the RGB, likely shorting the LED tapes altogether. Main Stream was not able to finish job just stating tape probably is faulty. Very nice and courteous guys, but just didn't know enough about installing controllers for LED Tapes.

For the last 12 months, I've relied on Electric Heroes San Jose for every electrical service I've needed and they have not disappointed me. Because my home is older, and I had just done costly renovations in the kitchen, the faucet fix was not an easy one. I had literally just had the sink refinished which made the job of removing the ancient faucet a task that required a master's expertise and delicate touch. Mr. Robledo was more than up to the challenge and replaced my old faucet with literally not a mark on the newly renovated sink. He also replaced the service lines as they were old and leaking. With Juan, the job is always done right and quickly. I now have a brand-new kitchen, including plumbing and fixtures because of this company and Mr. Robledo who is a true professional at his craft. This is my second review for this company and anyone with plumbing issues should definitely call Pacific Coast Home Services. I signed up for the program they offer and this meant that my second request did not cost me anything for them to come out and ID the issue. I had another old pipe leak and because I asked for the same professional Juan Robledo. It took him no time to locate the leak and it was fixed that very day. Having a plumber basically on call is such a relief, I now know that if another old pipe springs a leak, highly possible as my pipes are very old, I can call Pacific Coast and it will be taken care of immediately. Juan Robledo was again a delight to work with. He is very experienced and respectful of my home and patiently answered all my questions. I really respect the way he is able to explain the problem and how it should be fixed. You could not find a more professional or experienced team to trust your home repairs to and should I ever need their services again, I will be sure to ask for Juan Robledo by name.

It was also not an easy fix although Pacific Coast still gave me an extremely fair price. First electrician that contacted me back and accommodated with my work schedule for an estimate. Needed an old electrical panel upgraded to a bigger 100amp electrical panel. Just purchased a Tesla from a friend and had to make the difficult decision as to which electrician I should select to install my garage charger. My friend had used Home Networks, Electric & Solar to install his garage charger so I decided to call them too. Spoke to Randy Garcia, the owner, and he was professional and knowledgeable, explaining everything in non electrician terms. What really made the experience a winner was Branden Dunn, the foreman. He was the primary guy doing my installation. He presented various options as to where the new plug should be installed. I could really tell that he was very experienced and confident. Everything Branden said about the set up made sense. He spent time explaining to my wife and I how to utilize our charger in the most efficient way, all the dos and don't's. It was such a relief, getting the job done by an electrical contractor who was well versed with Tesla.
