I called them in the morning asking if they had same day availability. They were extremely polite, took my information and immediately called me back with a time for this afternoon. Kfir, the supervisor, came at the time discussed and was friendly and straightforward. He diagnosed the problem, explained it to me simply and went to work on my non-functioning outlets. He was able to come to a result quickly and I was so impressed, I asked them to provide me a quote for an electrical rewiring of my upstairs bathrooms and bedrooms (for aesthetic lighting changes). 10/10 would recommend.

The service person was punctual, polite, explained what had to be done as he encountered a new problem. Most of all, I appreciate that he did not leave my place a mess. I will definitely use this company again, and I have told my friends to call them when they need electrical work done. Keep up the GREAT SERVICE!!!

Flores Electric and his crew have done an outstanding job at my home in Santa Clara. They were quick to respond with the help of Jorge, the admin, setting up our estimate and setting up our appointment for when the work would be done. Rey from the start was very respectful of our home and very professional. Even put shoe covers to not get our floor dirty with his boots. He was very thorough with his presentation which only took about 3-5 minutes and gave me different options of how to go about my electrical issues. The workers covered everything to prevent any dust from going to my furniture. When the job was finished they cleaned after themselves and left the place cleaner than before!! This was a plus! I would definitely be calling you guys again for any other electrical issue I have in my home. I would highly recommend them to anyone! Really happy with the work they did. FLORES ELECTRIC ROCKS!

Bahram is one of those guys that you dont feel like you are getting ripped off when you talk to him. He also really knows his stuff. Pricing is very fair for the amount of knowledge, experience, and the quality of work that you get. Do yourself a favor and save his number if you live in his service area. He is prompt, responsive, and very reliable.

Very unprofessional company. They backed out on confirmed quote saying we have received large implementation project and all resources are deployed to that project. Before that they became un-responsive for almost a week and stopped responding to my email and calls. Attached is the signed and approved quote snapshot which ENE is now saying that I didn't agree and that caused them to back out which is completely false statement. Negotiations are part of all the deals and we had the negotiations as well and we agreed to a price and signed the quote later.
