Jay is an outstanding electrician and a very considerate and caring individual. He came out to our house for an emergency situation a couple years ago when half our electricity went out and discovered that the main fuse in the outside service panel had failed. Even though Jay was extremely busy that weekend, he fit us in and provided excellent service just in time to host 35 relatives that Easter. This evening, Jay kindly took time out of his busy schedule and came to the rescue again on another emergency. Our heater and both bathroom lights stopped working in our condo rental. Jay discovered and resolved the problem just in time for our tenants to move in tomorrow. Jay is the most knowledgeable, reliable and kindest electrician around. Thank you Jay for always taking such great care of us!!!

From start to finish this was a great and easy experience. I called and spoke to a representative told him my problem, emailed him the model and serial number of my refrigerator. Got a reply with a service call quote and optional dates. Agreed to the fee and choose a date and time. Hertz confirmed and today the technician Russell showed up on time and diagnosed the problem and quoted a very fair price to repair that included the service call fee. 20 minutes later my refrigerator was working again. I’m super happy.

Good contractors are hard to find, but Benjamin was great! He was responsive, on time, and very thorough. He gave a detailed quote of work that needed to be done in addition to optional work that could be needed down the line. If you need a quality electrician, look no further. I either had a ghost or an electrical problem. I decided before I reach out to my church I would reach out to an electrician to find the source of my flashing lights, dimming lights and the constant replacement of light bulbs. I have an older house (30yrs) and we have always had issues with fuse going out when we had too many things plugged in. The funny thing was it wasn't always in the same room. I did some research, read some reviews and called a few people. Main Street Electric was the only company who answered and was professional. Sad to see so many companies who don't know how to answer the phone. I explained all my issues. I had someone out within two days. They were great. We were able to detect the main box issues as well as running new lines to prevent overload. The price was reasonable and the gentleman was very friendly. For now, my church is off the hook - no ghost!

Brayan was professional and friendly. He was on time and did an excellent job in installing an outlet for our electric fireplace. He was very knowledgeable and showed us the best place to install the outlet. It would be a joy to have him work for us again.

DEC rewired my garage and several outside switches and fixtures. DEC fixed a cobbled up mess that did not meet code. I have complete confidence in their knowledge and ability, and in the work they did. It was comprehensive, met code, is clean and well laid out and everything works for the first time since we moved in. I would recommend DEC to anyone for any size job, with no reservation. I intend to use DEC again to fix more things that were not done properly in the past. Jason and Brian worked hard and smart. Their class of work/knowledge is rare and hard to find these days. I use them with confidence in the quality and professionalism! !

I've used Arsen Electric twice now. The first was for an outlet installation for an electric car, and the second to replace an outdoor outlet. Both times I was totally impressed. I wish these guys did plumbing. I've never had tradesmen come to my house and treat me with this level of respect and professionalism. We had some wiring smoldering under our sink at 3am. We woke up to the fire alarm going off and smoke coming out of the outlet under the sink. We found them on google and when we called just after 3am they answered on the first ring and sent out a guy named Nelson who arrived in 30 min. Seriously 30 min at 3am. He had a uniform on, put on shoe protectors before he came into the house and started looking into what was causing the burning wires. He was very calm and made us feel safe and he worked to figure out what was causing the problem. The problem was some old wiring in the wall shorting out and the fix was relatively inexpensive. What we liked the most is that he didn't try to take advantage of the situation and tell us we needed thousands of $'s of new stuff or an entire home rewire. Nelson fixed the wiring that day and then he did a full home inspection the next day and gave us a ton of info on our home system like how long he thought our panel would last and if we needed to look at replacing any of the other wiring in the house. He also let us know about all the services they offer and things they could do like install USB outlets and run high speed internet wiring all through the house. It was nice to get this info but not feel like we were being pressured into buying anything or being taken advantage of with some kind of fear based sales tactics. We actually had him come back to put in a dimmer light in our dining room and would 100% recommend them to anyone looking not to get ripped off and we will be using them from now on for all our electrical and air needs. JMC specializes in hot tubs. We had them hook up a hot tub that we purchased through a local dealer. The quote was fair, very clearly spelled out what was and was not included in the the hookup, a 50 amp GFCI using a new subpanel replacing an older 30 amp circuit on a 60 amp subpanel. When the hot tub dealer informed us that the tub would be delivered in 24 hours, JMC was able to work us into the schedule to show up the same day as the delivery (we gave them 24 hours notice). The breaker provided by the hot tub dealer didn't work, and the electrician doing the work had to wait for them to reopen the next morning, picked up a new breaker, and we were up and running within a few hours. The GFCI was thoroughly tested, the electrician was friendly and told me everything he was doing. He also picked up a part not included in the quote and installed it at my request (110V outlet hanging off of the panel). Very VERY happy with their work, fully intend to have them out to do more work on our house.

Paul was very friendly knowledgeable, efficient and professional. He was responsible for the electrical involved with changing a gas stove to an induction and installing an exhaust fan in the attic. I thought I would have to replace a sub panel for the stove top breaker, yet Paul was able to condense breakers in my existing electrical panel to create room for a 50 amp 3 phase breaker. His design solutions allowed me to do exactly what I wanted and not go over budget. In addition, although the temperature was 95 degrees outside, he persevered, efficiently completing the work in a high quality, timely manner. I highly recommend Paul/Apex to anyone needing electrical work done.

4/7/21 - Paul came back again to upgrade out internet wiring. Again he was very professional, worked efficiently, and did good quality work in a timely manner. He is very easy to work with as he is very responsive and reliable. He is like a breath of fresh air! We highly recommend him!

Obtained around 6 different quotes for a rather complicated installation of a NEMA 14-50 outlet in my garage (from an outside panel, through about 30’ of attic to the garage) for an EV charger. Their quote was extremely competitive with the others but the people really made the decision for me. Everyone from the receptionist, to the office manager, to the owner and the installers gave 5 star service and were a pleasure to work with. The work looks great and I have no doubt will pass city inspection shortly (here in Las Vegas). Highly recommend.
