From start to finish this was a great and easy experience. I called and spoke to a representative told him my problem, emailed him the model and serial number of my refrigerator. Got a reply with a service call quote and optional dates. Agreed to the fee and choose a date and time. Hertz confirmed and today the technician Russell showed up on time and diagnosed the problem and quoted a very fair price to repair that included the service call fee. 20 minutes later my refrigerator was working again. I’m super happy.

I called CA electrical fix my kitchen GFCi outlet. They gave me an appointment for the next day, and came on time. Their technicians quickly diagnosed the issue to be a faulty circuit breaker switch. They purchased a replacement switch, and replaced the faulty one. They took less than an hour to diagnose and fix the issue.
The service was a bit expensive, but they were professional and quick - so I didn't mind paying the premium.

We are converting our gas range to electric. The wiring was already present, but it was old and it needed a receptacle installed. I wanted a licensed electrician to do the work to ensure the old wiring was up to code and the work was done safe. For $90 Pacific did a responsible job of checking out the wiring and ensuring it wasn't going to burn down the house. But they wanted $1,200 to install a receptacle and a junction box under the floor, or $1,600 to replace the wiring to the panel.

I figured thanks, I'll get a handyman to do that job for $200. From the driveway, dude offered to get the job done for $1,000. In a moment of weakness I caved to the convenience. Though it turns out it wasn't $1,000 minus the service fee but $1,100 minus the service fee. $1,000 more than I'd already paid.

The job was done quick. The guy tested the circuit. And now I get to go buy a stove. The work was done professionally, on time, and at an obscene markup. I'd feel good about the professionalism but wasting so much money makes me feel dirty. Sometimes you get taken advantage of, but if that is a step to getting your family a kitchen that doesn't set then on fire, so it goes.

Ronnie came to my house to give me a quote for a new EV home charger and the rest was history. He walked me through the process and was able to explain complex electrical concepts so that they made sense and I was able to make informed decisions about how to proceed. After careful decision making, Ronnie and I agreed that a panel upgrade made the most sense for my aging home. He was also able to help install an additional 220 outlet that will now allow me to move my dryer away from natural gas and make the most of my solar. He was also able to install BEAUTIFUL recessed lighting throughout our home, something that had previously be a low point of our home's aesthetics. Finally, Ronnie was able to install a gorgeous chandelier over our kitchen table that utilizes stunning Edison bulbs. I seriously feel like I live in a brand new home thanks to Safety First!
