Jay is an outstanding electrician and a very considerate and caring individual. He came out to our house for an emergency situation a couple years ago when half our electricity went out and discovered that the main fuse in the outside service panel had failed. Even though Jay was extremely busy that weekend, he fit us in and provided excellent service just in time to host 35 relatives that Easter. This evening, Jay kindly took time out of his busy schedule and came to the rescue again on another emergency. Our heater and both bathroom lights stopped working in our condo rental. Unlike other companies that claim to use internet Dollens Electric actually replied to email available appointment dates not phone number to call to set up date and time. Once estimate was done job was done under 4 hours with almost no interruption to normal household life. They had to turn pawer off for a min or two but that was about it. Very impressed.

We added extra circuits for a bathroom wall heater (which they installed), and a dedicated outlet for a portable air conditioner. Also, they corrected original wiring that had too many outlets on one breaker. All work was scheduled, workers showed up on time and the work was efficiently done. In addition, they identified all of the breakers in the panel, and provided a document with that information. I appreciate contractors who are responsive to questions and issues, and had prompt and thorough responses to my concerns.
