I’ve called Venture Plumbing on several occasions for different plumbing issues. Derek and the rest of his team are knowledgeable, professional and responsive. Plus, they’re a local business which I value.

Ernesto from Pacific Coast Home Services installed our new water heater. He was professional and efficient, working hard to get everything done in only a few hours. He has excellent knowledge of suppliers, and was able to find a unit in our area, which saved more time. He even fixed some issues from the previous installation, such as a drain pipe that was routed incorrectly. We are very happy with our new water heater installation, which looks and works great!

I bit pricey but worth it. Fuse HVAC, Refrigeration, Electrical & Plumbing installed an EV charger for me. The entire process, from the initial quote to being around for city inspection several weeks after installation, was a breath of fresh air. I'm used to contractors not returning calls, showing up late, taking longer than initially estimated, etc. Fuse HVAC, Refrigeration, Electrical & Plumbing was the exact opposite experience. I could even track the person while he was on his way - a nice touch!

AC unit stopped working and called Pacific Coast. They sent their tech super quick and he was able to solve the issue. He noticed few other issues with our system (15 years old now!!) and suggested actions to help prevent any future damage. Very professional and another important thing during these COVID times, always had his mask on.

Fuse has the best service and execution of of all service providers in this space. By far the best experience I have had w any hvac/appliance ppl.

Has a behavior issue; not a nice person to communicate.
