I called afternoon, and they booked my appointment to 9am the following day. Kelly arrived on time, was very professional and understanding! He tried to do his best to help me but he told me they need to get an approval from the oven company to change the wiring and to do further research to make sure I’m good to use it. He kept me posted about any news and then got a positive news and informed me immediately!
He only charged me for his time, very fair pricing. (I did my research and other companies wanted $300 just to come and look without even doing anything)

Definitely saving the number for future reference.

Dollens Electric did an excellent job finding & installing a new solar attic fan for me. They showed me online the fan they had selected, demonstrated how it ran before installing it & put it in the opening in my gable in 45 minutes. They did not try to sell me things I did not want. Jose responded and came to my home to diagnose and fix a handful of electrical tasks within a few days of posting a request on google map. Jose and his crew fixed 3 outlets that had stopped working, a broken pot light, and replaced an in-floor heating controller in about an hour. Also carried out a broken microwave for me to the porch (that was the culprit for the shorts) and were lovely to hang out with during the whole process. I would hire again.

After spending time adjusting the length of a three-pendant chandelier, he unwrapped the final glass pendant only to discover it had been damaged during shipping. We found a replacement and he added the pendant to the fixture and installed it at no extra cost.
