I can't say enough good things about this company! We needed new lighting in our room, (since the living area was so dark) and the kitchen fixtures were not attractive. Omri and his crew were out and gave us the lighting we needed. designed the ceiling fixture placement, and we could not be happier. Dimmer switches fixed the bedroom lighting problem, so we did not have to get a new one, and the kitchen lights are set to the areas we needed. They estimated 2 days, but Omri and co. finished in 1. Excellent in set up, execution and cleanup of the job. Highly recommend.

I am remodeling my kitchen and needed some electrical outlets moved before construction could begin. I found Electric Heroes through their Google reviews and couldn't have been more pleased. I called Pacific Coast Home Services in an emergency with my entire house including all bathrooms backed up. TJ was the foreman that was sent with Juan and Carlos. They were all very knowledgeable and quickly identified the issue as a main sewer break in the crawl space. They referred a restoration company and they came to clean up the mess the next morning. As soon as the are was clean, TJ came again with Juan and Carlos in the afternoon and worked into the early evening to replace an old cast iron section with ABS and installed a convenient clean out to avoid issues in the future. They had to make a lot of improvisations to make a good fit as the previous plumbers had cut some corners. They also stayed late to make sure everything was working properly and answered all my questions. It was clear that they wanted to do the job right and cared about me as their customer.
I did get some quotes tat were a little cheaper but I felt that this crew knew what they were doing and cared about the project and I am happy that I made the right choice. It was a terrible place to be without the ability to use any water at our house with 2 kids. But I am happy that Pacific Coast and TJ and his crew resolved the situation in less that 36 hours and I feel confident that aside from unforeseen circumstances I am in great place with the plumbing in the house.

They did my hot tub electrical work. Very reasonable price, professional, I will definitely use them again for some interior work I want to get done. I am a very happy customer.

I had an issue with my oven range microwave breaker, kept on tripping. Paul was able to guide me over the phone to test different possibilities and it worked. He called me back to follow up. It turned out it was the microwave not the breaker. In the future if an electrician is needed they would be first on my list.

Safety First is a top notch service provider. Ronnie, the owner/operator, has been my electrician across two separate properties and every time he comes out the result is phenomenal. He has installed lighting, ceiling fans, smart switches, outlets, hardwired ring security systems, a 50 amp ChargePoint electric car charger and our biggest project to date was a full panel upgrade to support up to 400 Amp in preparation for ADU that required coordination of a major upgrade of our transformer with PGE. Ronnie is super responsive, knowledgeable and friendly. When he comes around it is like having a member of the family come by. Ronnie walks you every step of the way through the project and one of the most helpful things he does is share his ideas of optimal configurations to get the best value and result for your money. Ronnie is honest and trustworthy and I can’t recommend him and Safety First enough for your next electrical job.
