Ace Edwards (the electrician) arrived when he said he would and was effective, efficient, and affable. The price was reasonable too.

Just wanted to say this company is so professional and was so easy to work with, I called about a switch outlet not working and they gave me a quick and easy solution! He was super friendly and identified the issue right away! Other places would take a long time and even over charge, but this company was humble and found the root cause efficiently. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I used Willow Glen Electric for both a light fixture rewiring/installation and an electric vehicle charger installation. The team was fast and personable, and the communication was excellent. Highly recommend!

Mice ate through the drain hose from my washing machine. I called Russell and he was super responsive. I sent him a photo of the hose. He sent me an estimate within half an hour. He ordered the part and we scheduled the appointment for today between 1-3. He called me around 11:30 this morning to tell me he had the part and could come earlier if that worked for me. He showed up, was very friendly and got right to work. He didn't mind at all that I wanted to watch and learn. He explained all sorts of things and then even showed me a great trick to keep the mice out. The final bill was the exact amount of the estimate. I'll be calling him again.

Dollens Electric did an excellent job finding & installing a new solar attic fan for me. They showed me online the fan they had selected, demonstrated how it ran before installing it & put it in the opening in my gable in 45 minutes. They did not try to sell me things I did not want. I did not feel pressured to buy other things from them. If I have other electrical work I will definitely call them.

These guys are awesome in every way! Installed fans, lights, repaired switches and repaired malfunctioning lights. all in a few hours. quality job. and they even cleaned up when they left! really great work!

I called the company and talked to Iraj. He was super responsive and gave me a good rate. I wanted to install recessed lights and it was $130/each for both material and labor, plus $50 per switch. That is a lot more affordable than other places that I called.
On the day of the project, Iraj showed up with a partner. They installed 12 lights in total and replaced 4 switches to be smart dimmable switches. It took them only 3.5 hours! They were super efficient.

This is the first time I write review for a company, and I have to. Paul is a very professional and experienced electrician, and a very nice person. He fixed the problem that had been bothered us for a long time. We hired some other electrician to fix it before but did not get the problem solved. Paul did an amazing job. Besides that, he also diagnosed several other hidden problems and fixed them all. He is very honest and professional. I highly recommended Apex Power and Paul if you want solid and trustable electric work!

I very rarely write negative reviews, but they beyond-warranted this one because:
- way over-priced ($3,675 to switch outlets and confirm they were grounded)
- $195 invoice to fix mistakes and not send a quote
- horrible workmanship
- creepy vibes
- you’re legitimately better off working with your neighbors who look like they have a decent set of tools in their garage

Jeff first over-quoted my recently widowed mother for replacing outlets in her home and confirming they were grounded. She agreed to it though, so it is what it is.

His workmanship was awful. Over half of the outlets were crooked. Who knows if he properly attached anything. My 19 year old college roommate with no construction/ electrical experience legitimately did a better job.

After calling him back out to fix some of the mistakes, he agreed to come out and correct his work for free. Despite the shoddy workmanship, I wanted a quote for a garage spotlight that had a broken sensor.

He showed up late after rescheduling the appointment twice. When he got here, he creepily ogled me in my knee-length flowy dress (this was a few months ago when it was in the 90s). Super creepy vibe. Legitimately ask your daughters to wear long pants/ crew necks.

He fixed about half of his mistakes and said he had to look up things for the quote. He never got back to either of us with a quote. Considering our experiences with him so far, we figured we’d be better off hiring someone else.

Like six weeks later, he charged my mom an invoice for $195. TO FIX HIS MISTAKES AND PROVIDE AND NOT PROVIDE A QUOTE.

For the workmanship and price, I would legitimately be better off looking up videos on YouTube and trying to do it myself. I will never use this company again and recommend you work with legitimately anyone else. Even neighbors that you don’t really know. That’s what we did, and so far, it’s better.

Nick is absolutely amazing. He is incredibly knowledgeable and respectful and does quality work. He came out to our house for a bid, helped identify other problems that we could fix ourselves, did a load test, measured wire sizes and more. He worked quickly and got the job done. He was professional and answered my many many questions. I would recommend him highly to anyone.

If you don't have an electrician that you trust, Altap should be your next call!! I normally dont trust the reviews here, but this one is real. Bahram is one of those guys that you dont feel like you are getting ripped off when you talk to him. He also really knows his stuff. Pricing is very fair for the amount of knowledge, experience, and the quality of work that you get. Do yourself a favor and save his number if you live in his service area. He is prompt, responsive, and very reliable.

He took care of an issue in my rental property promptly and followed up several times when I had a lingering issue which turned out to be PG&E's problem.
